3 months

My little man is 3 months old!

Feels like 13 lbs.

Looks like 23 in.

Blake loves to make the cutest baby sounds, 

can hold his head up most of the time, 

loves to play on his floor mat,

 watch mama and Shelby,

 take naps, eat every 2 hours, 

and is a mamas boy!!!!

Shelby's Birthday

Shelby is now 2 and is such a joy to have in our family! We took her to Chuck E Cheese for her birthday and she LOVED it! As soon as we walked in the doors she didn't care about mommy or daddy she went right to the rides. The Hokanson's and grandma and grandpa came to celebrate with us. Shelby loves Elmo right now so we got her an Elmo cake and she thought it was so cool. After 2 hours of fun she started throwing a fit and crying, no more like screaming, so it was time to leave and time for a nap!!!! Shelby is great with Blake! She always wants to give him hugs and kisses and hates it when he is sad. She is so smart and full of personality. Happy Birthday Shelby we love you!

2 Months

11.3 lbs

22.25 in.

Blake is now 2 months and getting so big. He loves to smile and has started cooing and laughing. He prefers his bouncer over the swing, eats every 2 hours, and sleeps 5 hours and then 3 hours through the night. Loves care rides and is so much fun. We love you Blake!

February

My two babies on Valentines Day. I love this picture cause they look so much alike to me. Shelby has been such a big help since we've had Blake and loves to play on the floor with him. If I would let her she would probably give him hugs and kisses all day.

Blake is 1 1/2 months old now and I can't believe how big he is getting!! He is such a good boy and we are so blessed to have him in our family! What's crazy is i've already had to put away the newborn sizes. I wish he would stay little like this forever!

Blond hair, long fingers and toes, and is the cutest boy ever!! We're so happy and blessed to have Blake in our family!! Shelby loves having a baby brother and gives him kisses all day.

Pictures with Santa this year she was screaming! She did awesome until we put her on his lap and than once we pulled her off his lap she stopped and reached out her hand like where is my candy?

21 months

I can't believe Shelby is 21 months old!

Halloween. Basement. Shelby

A lot of change has happened I feel like. It seems like our basement is so close to being done, but I know we have so much to do this is where were currently at, Scott's been working hard on the doors, trim, and baseboards. Next on the to-do list is clean-up and painting, our goal is to have that done by Thanksgiving, crossing our fingers!!!

Halloween was really fun this year. Shelby loved trick-or-treating with her cousins and thought it was so cool to get a bucket full of candy. Shelby was the cutest kitty cat every and Scott and I dressed up for our ward Halloween party and Scott picked out our costume (golfing zombies).

With our next baby coming in 2 months Shelby's had to go through some changes. Like giving up her binki which we did 3 weeks ago and hasn't been all that bad, but since we took it away she doesn't take naps on a regular basis, but she sleeps like a log through the night. The next was getting her "big girl bed out" she thinks it's so fun to play on and everyday pulls her toys up on it to play. She looks so tiny in such a big bed and last night for the first time she slept it and did awesome!!! We asked her before she got ready for bed if she wanted to sleep in her big girl bed and she answered "YES!!!" she fell asleep in Scott's arms before we could put her to sleep so it wasn't a hard transition, but she didn't fall out and she slept the whole night. We're so proud of our little pumpkin and how well she has been through all these changes!!

Pumpkin Patch

This week we went to the Red Barn in Santaquin and had so much fun on the hay ride and picking out pumpkins in their pumpkin patch. Shelby loved running all around and was able to find the end of the maze all by herself. Her favorite was the old truck and the near by cows. We all had a blast.

Summer in Pictures

So we've done a few things lately. 4th of July parade in Provo, Feeding the ducks in the park, seven peaks (her favorite), Swimming lessons, Petting zoo at Thanksgiving Point hated the pony ride wouldn't let go of Scott!! She LOVES making messes especially with her food and her hair is finally long enough I can pull it up in pig tails but they don't look like that for long:)
