Ava Zitting is here!

my cute sister in law Holly had her baby yesterday! she wasn't as far along as they had hoped she would be, but it sounds like her and the baby are both doing okay! she was born at 3:44 their time (4:44 our time) 5 lbs 3 oz and 18 3/4 inches. she is on oxygen the last i heard, but for being as early as she was she is doing great! I'm so excited to be an aunt again! but i have seriously never wanted a baby as bad as i did last night. oh well. CONGRATS ZITTING FAMILY! we cant wait to meet her!

christmas.

we had such a great christmas! i have to admit, i am a little glad to be back to real life, just beause last week was SO busy! but we had a lot of fun!
monday night we had the jolley family christmas party. this has been a tradition since before i can remember! it is always so much fun to see everyone! beau had to work that night, so i was a litte lonely, but we had fun. santa came as usual, and instead of asking for a ring, like i have the past few years, i got to ask for something else! (my hubby to get home safe!) santa loves my mom! every year he swings her up on his knee and gives her a big hug! he is her favorite every year!


christmas eve was busy! after we finished up our christmas shopping, we went over to my dad's and has dinner with everyone except kody and stacie. then we watched max open his christmas pjs! he is so dang cute! then we went over to my grandma and grandpa carlsons to sing some christmas songs and listen to the nativity story. after that we stopped by grandma jolley's and chatted for a minute, then we finally went home!


beau wasnt a fan of me on christmas morning. i woke up at one. he told me to go back to bed. i woke up at four. he told me to go back to bed. finally when i woke him up at 6:30, he said we could get up! it was a little weird not being home for christmas! it was SO quiet! but we had fun opening presents together and being all excited about our 'first christmas'! this was acctually our fourth christmas! can you believe it!? anyways, after we were done we went over to beaus mom's, then beaus dad's, then my mom's, then my grandma's, then my dad's, then my grandma and grandpa's, then back to my mom's, then back to beaus mom's, then we finally got home around 9 i think. it was a long day, but we had so much fun!

two days after christmas we went out to rockville to the cox's farm and had a bonfire with some friends. it was C.O.L.D. that is all i have to say! we went on the zip line (SO scary at night!) and listend to the guys sing songs and then watched people go on this twirly thing. we were SO tired by the time we got home.

this weekend was so busy! but i loved it because everything we did had to do with Christmas!!we had beau's work party, went Christmas shopping, went to the forgotten carols, and had beau's dad's Christmas party!

so i know that i blog too much. but i am so bored, this is the only thing that i have to do. and this is something that i have recently become obsessed with. so here it goes.

oh how i love love LOVE coupons! to be honest, i had always thought that they were a waste of time. i mean, 'save .25 cents off $2' big whoop. but when walgreens opened in hurricane, i picked up one ad, and that's all it took. i was hooked. now, before i buy ANYTHING i search the internet for a coupon. i am not kidding either! i make my list during the week and before i head to the store, i google every single thing on my list for coupons! i have found so many awesome websites that have great ones! but i would have to say that my favorites are frugal is fab and hot coupon world. they are both awesome. Frugal is fab takes sales from the stores, match them with coupons that you have clipped and tells you how much it will end up costing you! they also have a code every monday for a free redbox movie! which we use every single week! some other sites i love are

a weekend in provo

we went to provo over the weekend! it was a lot of fun! SO SO cold! driving was a little scary, but we got there and back safe! beau and i went to the provo temple the first night and then all of us went to temple square the next night.

i cried when i heard this. thanks a lot mom. i need to quit feeling so sorry for myself that beau leaves for a few days a week. but this did make me miss him a lot. im just glad that i do get to see him each week and that i know he is safe.

i am L A M E.

i totally spaced posting about... our 6 mo. anniversary!

go ahead... roll your eyes. but i get so excited when i get to tell people we have been married for 6 months! i had planned on making it a big huge deal and making a big dinner and spending every second of the day together, but that didnt happen. in fact, we were so busy with primary, the girls, getting beau ready for nevada, and running around town, i forgot! we were down at interstates rock pit when he just looked at me, and said "i love you. happy 6 months."
beau is such a wonderful hubby. i always knew he would be. i love being married to him. life kinda bites right now, but i wouldnt trade it for anything. i think a lot of people tried to 'scare' me out of getting married my saying that it's 'SO diffrent than dating' or 'you really learn what the person is like' and in a way, they were right. it is very diffrent from dating. its BETTER! and i have learned a lot about beau that i didnt know before, but every new thing i learn makes me love him 100x more!
being married is amazing. and i feel blessed to be able to be with this wonderful guy forever and ever. i love you hon. happy 6 months and 3 days.

what!? it's monday already!?!?

this weekend FLEW by! beau got home just before i did on thursday night and we pretty much fell right asleep! then he left again for a few hours of work friday morning, around that same time cadence and maddie arrived and the chaos started! haha no im kidding. they were pretty good for us! no puking, only a few meltdown and one 'accident'. we survived with my little pony, strawberry shortcake, and the set rule of NO SUGAR! those girlies are hyper enough! sandy was so sweet to give us a couple breaks. we got a little shopping done, and even got our date in! sunday was interesting. a few people thought they were our kids... and i was like "a 4 year old? do we look that old?" i didnt really say that... but i sure as heck thought it! the girls even let me do their hair, with some tricky persuasion i even straightend cadence's hair! they looked super cute!


so sunday night tiff got back just after 8, when they left we watched the start of The Guardian, and went to bed. and then beau left again at 5 am.
this whole working out of town thing bites. and to make it worse, where he is working he has barely any cell phone service, so we talk like twice, MAYBE 3 times a day. ladies that have been in my spot... HOW DO YOU DO IT!? i am tearing my hair out! the only thing that keeps my mind off of it is shopping, and our bank account cant keep that up much longer!

random nothings.

if i sit too long and think i get sad missing beau, so i thought i'd blog to pass the time! nothing too special, but at least it gets my mind off things.

i still have tanning passes for anyone that wants them! they last through dec. 31!

i really love my new camera! ive been thinking about starting one of those picture blogs... the ones where you post a picture every day of the year... but im not sure i am that reliable. but it would be a good project for me while my love is gone! what do you think?

i pretty much finished christmas shopping today! just a few people left, and probobly a few more things for beau. this might sound odd... but i LOVE shopping for other people! dont get me wrong, i like shopping for myself too, but there is something about imagining their reaction that gets me all excited! Beau has by far been my favorite to shop for! him and my mom, because i just buy her things that i would like! those two i have probobly spent too much on already! oh well, what are the holidays for!?

we have THE weirdest looking tree in the salon, it is almost perfectly round! but boy does it smell nummy!

My naughty hubby won $22 last night at the casino. he is lucky like that. he always wins something. not that he gambles a lot, but he has a few times, and always wins! dang i miss that guy.

i decided that i LOVE wallgreens! i have been at least once a week since it has opened! they have THE best coupons!! i think i might go tonight again! i get all excited about the deals i get! i line it all up for beau so he can see when he gets home! who knew saving money could be so fun!

missing you.

so beau left for Nevada (for work) this morning. needless to say i have spent the last few nights crying my eyes out. im not sure how i will do tonight. i know that this is a blessing and it is really going to help us build our financial stability, but this is the hardest blessing i have ever been given! i do not know how anybody does this. i miss him so so much already and he has only been gone 5 hours! so i have been trying to stay busy... scrapbooking! i have gotten so behind, so i decided instead of keeping up regular scrapbooking, i'd switch to digital! so instead of just posting pictures, im not going to post until i get the page done! hopefully it will work and i wont get so behind! so here are the ones that i have done!


we made gingerbread houses with Ramsey and Shaunie the other night. we had a lot of fun!! beau was by far the most into it! he was going to town! every one's turned out awesome!


the next day we all took a drive up to kolob. it was so pretty! muddy, but pretty! we saw tons of deer, including a HUGE buck that ran like 2 feet in front of the truck! (luckily we were stopped!)


these were taken right after we went to the temple with my cousin megan. i was just taking pictures for fun. but they turned out cute!


i didnt get a lot of pictures on thanksgiving, just the ones from my mom's. that was a busy busy day! we slept over at my mom's the night before, and then woke up early for thanksgiving breakfast (which is pictured). then we ran over to my dad's and had thanksgiving lunch! then we hurried back to hurricane to see beau's family. we hung out at beau's moms and then went home for a few minutes, but that didnt last long! we went BACK to sandy's and ate dinner, and then went to the movie Four Christmases. it was kind of fitting considering our day! then right after the movie we went to beau's dad's! whew! and we will repeat on christmas!

we also went shooting that day! it was rainy and cold, but really fun!

get ready for a picture overload over the next few weeks.... because i just bought THIS little baby!

i am so excited to get a really good camera! i debated back and forth about getting a really nice like 'photography' camera, but i take my camera EVERYWHERE and i wanted one that i could fit in my purse/pocket. this one is teeny tiny! i love it already! i know that it is too close to christmas to be buying thigs loike this, but i wanted it so i could take picutres over the holiday's! beau is excited too because he gets to old camera all to himself! it's a win-win!

the weekend.

so i was very very sick all weekend... but for some reason, those weekends are the busiest! friday beau woke me up early and we drove out past cedar and went hunting, we werent out there for too long before he got one! it was freezing out there, but it was only us two, so i had to help him gut it. not too fun when you are already sick!


then on saturday we went to the twilight movie for my work. i went into it not expecting much, but i really liked it!! they left out a lot from the movie, but all in all, i would go see it again!


that night we went up to kolob with ramsey, shaunie, justin and his date. it is getting way cold up there! we acctually ended up leaving early because i was still sick and i was a dummy and wore flip flops! but we still had a lot of fun! i didnt take any pictures, which was odd, oh well!

im off to (try and) finish christmas shopping tomorrow! wish me luck!

cars for sale!

so they found me a car! i am SO excited... but i have to sell my car before i can get it! so we are selling my car! and we are selling beau's truck! he wants to get a jeep. mine is $5,000 and beau's is $18,000. they are both awesome cars! just ask if you want to know anything!
