We giggled like school-girls while we watched Orange County last night.  What a throwback.   I’ve missed this kid.

this is just up the street from Mom & Dads. she has always shared her lemons since i can remember… so many in fact, that Mom freezes them & makes yummy homemade lemonade!

Thinking of you, knowing you are missing this little sweet pea.

She was being bashful this morning as you can see.  Heh heh heh.

I wish I could say I was a wonderful traveller but alas I am not.

It’s something that I always think is going to change, like i’ll miraculously ‘grow into’ this lovely travel-person as time moves on.

(Tho I have to say, in groups I am much calmer… somehow I take comfort in #’s – go figure)

I guess as long as I my body is anxiety-ridden it shall remain touch-and-go.  And considering I was serverly sleep-deprived/fighting sickness/over-worked/anxious about pulling off a surprise of epic proportions, there were of course some hairy moments when for example, I could absolutely not handle Zane staring at me while playing Solitaire.  And I forgot my book on the first plane & the camera on the bathroom sink in Vegas (which I thankfully recovered).  My brain just kind of goes MIA.   However there were good moments squeezed next to the hairy ones… like picking apart the SkyMall mag (a keyboard that is dishwasher safe???!) + the leg from Orlando to Houston we had the row of seats to ourselves + unrestricted access to the bathroom right across the aisle from us – sweet!

I don’t know what it is about this movie that has me intrigued.  It is not that it is Madonna’s directorial debut I assure you.

I think that it is the idea of this true story of a man so captivated by a woman that he would give up so much, everything really.  And how much pressure it would have been to be the woman who fell in love with someone who gave up his throne for you…

I realize the circumstances are all wrong, but a love story is a love story, is it not?

Say what you will about horoscopes, but this is dead on the money today.
