Back in the Yard

Its 2015! Time to write a few blog posts. Since I wrote like 4 post in 2014, I am going to make a goal of 5 post in 2015. I don't want to set my standards too high! ha!

I look forward to sharing my current journey with you.

They Make Me Smile

  • Here, I will list recent examples of how my children make me smile. Kids are so funny! My hope is that it will encourage you to keep a record of those special moments in your children's lives that bring joy to your life. Those moments that when you look back on, you can't help but smile.
  • 3/26/2014 (Caleb) At dinner we asked the boys to name three words that describe them. Caleb responded, "Caleb. Caleb. Caleb." Well, you can't get much more descriptive than that :)

Friends, Fun, and Canton!

As you can see below, I had an amazing time with Michelle and Vonda this weekend in TX.

We shopped at the cutest shops (I love my new Fall dress); we drank coffee at this wonderful Christian coffee shop called The Well; we stayed up late chatting and chatting and chatting; ee got our nails done (it even included a neck massage ); and we walked our shoes to death at the most amazing Craft Fair-Canton! It was such a fun time. Oh, and I must not forget to mention those craft fair Fried Pies!! Yum! Yum! Yum!

I feel so blessed to have been given this opportunity to rest and relax (if you call walking through building after building for 9 hours relaxing :).

I was also blessed by how kind and hospitable Michelle's family/and in-laws were to us all! I felt like part of their family.

As wonderful as it was, I couldn't wait to see my wonderful husband and precious boys (aren't they so cute at the potluck I missed on Sunday :)

Well, I have a lot of new craft ideas to get started on, so if you don't hear from me for a while, you might find me knee deep in paint or at a local Flee Market!

Note: Yes, that is an egg on my friends hamburger-wow!

Enjoy the photos :)
