Kids Christmas Musical

The kids had their annual Christmas musical in December at their preschool.  It is always so fun to watch!  This was Bailey's last one since she will be starting kindergarten in the fall!!!

Thanksgiving 2013

I finally put all the pictures on the computer from my camera, so hopefully I will actually "catch up" now!  Here are some Thanksgiving pics from the fall.  

Halloween (from 5 months ago...oops)

I just realized I haven't done a blog since last September...oops!  Guess I better get busy!!!  I think Halloween is the first thing on the list to catch up with.  We had a very fun Halloween this past year!  The neighborhood we are in now is so family friendly, and the kids had a blast trick-or-treating and playing with their friends in the neighborhood.  Right before Halloween, Bailey decided she would cut half of her hair off one afternoon.  I'm not over exaggerating when I say half of her hair....I about had a heart attack.  At first glance, I thought "I can save this"....after a closer look, I realized there was NO WAY!!!  So that is why she all of a sudden has somewhat of a "bob" hairdo in these pictures!  It has grown out a bit now, but it definitely took some getting used to!  Anyways, Bailey decided to be a princess again (Cinderella this time), and when we saw this SWAT outfit, there was no question that it was perfect for Banks!  He looked very tough!!!

A Lot of Catching Up to Do!!!!

 I know it's been a while, but we are still here and still kickin'!  I attribute my lack of blogging to...LIFE!  I have no other excuses!  I jammed a few things into one post to catch everyone up.  It starts with Bailey's dance recital (back in May) and goes until the first day of preschool (in August).  I don't have much in between those two...sorry!  We spent most of the summer swimming, and for some reason I didn't take any pictures of that.  There's always next summer, right?  I did get a video of them swimming which I will hopefully post at some point and time!  I can't believe how much these two have grown!!!  Bailey will be 5 this year...crazy!  Anyways, here come the pics to catch you up on the Braithwait family household......

Bailey's Dance Recital

She took Ballet and Gymnastics, and actually did really well at both!  She loved the gymnastics portion, and this girl does a mean cartwheel!

First day of preschool!!!  Bailey is in the transition class, which gets the kids ready for kindergarten, and Banks is in the 3 year old class.

Easter 2013

Easter Sunday was fun as always, but crazy this year!  We moved to the new house Friday and Saturday, and then Sunday was Easter!  We managed to find clothes and get out the door in time for church and visits with both families.  It was a rainy weekend, so there were no egg hunts this year, but that's not the true meaning of the day anyway, so it was a good teaching opportunity for the kiddos!  We snapped a few pics to remember another special day!
