Who is your inner CLAMP character?
created with QuizFarm.com
You scored as Fai

You’re kinda like Fai from Tsubasa! Flamboyant, charismatic maybe a little bit tricky, you don't like letting anyone get too close to you, but you have no problem playing around and having a good time. Generally, your intentions are good – or so you’d like everyone to believe, but it’s quite possible that you have a darker side to you that you have become extremely good at hiding.

Just remember that there are people around you that love you. More than you even know…

Desktop Tag!

Tagged by dear Reiki....

Sheepy (yes I know I keep tormenting you, and I'll keep doing it X3)

Oikkkkssss!! >.> Some friend....bah~

On the top, it looks reasonably decent, oho!

Image

A few weeks back, and you wouldn't be able to see any part of my desktop uncluttered. ORZ

Note that handy little Others folder? I shoved everything else into it. =P The needs sorting is never getting anywhere close to actually being sorted. O.O And the music does not hols ALL my songs. it's all scattered around my several HDs....because I chuck it into wherever there's space at the moment.

So yea...I'm disorganised and messy...so it my room. Guilty as charged.

The wallpaper's a new one. I snagged it off MiniTokyo, because it's so pretty! Romeo and Juliet ftw. XD

My pride and joy, usual kept on everytime the comp is on, meaning everydaylar.

Currently stuck at Jim Brickman ~ Destiny I'm the mood for oldies love/wedding songs, because it's so nice and soothing to listen to. Nothing beats hearing them and go, hey, I remember that on the radio ages back.

No horrid screamings and shoutings, I don't really fancy the latest songs, but rather the old ones. Yes, my favourite radio station is Light and Easy, it's been that one for ages.

I do have a collection of the latest J-pop songs, and some K-pop songs. It's a huge collection, all in, totalling near to 5,000. English, Korean and Japanese.

Current attention span on English oldies. I have a mood, which prompts me to download whatever my mood fancies at the moment.

That's why I doubt I've ever listened properly to my whole collection....probably only those which has my attention for the moment.

Perhaps, I should set up some sort of radio thing on my bloggie, so you guys get the gist of what I'm listening to? Any recommendations or sites to share? XD

No tags, anyone who reads this or is on my blogging list, who feels like joining in the tag, can do so. XD

Pinkiness....

Late as usual. But on Wednesday.

I turned up for class in a long sleeved pink shirt......so did my friend. And another friend came in a pink collared T-shirt. As we found out in the law lecture.

That is not all. In my following class, the lecturer came in another pink office suit. And another coursemate turned up in a pink striped T-shirt. I shared the class with the same girlfriend who came in the pink long sleeved.

So all in all, the accounting theory tutorial being a small one, there was about 5 of us, which 4 wearing some sort of pink theme.

ORZ

I have no answer to why, we all decided to wear pink.....perhaps it's because it's Breast Cancer Awareness month? Yea...right. >.> But it is a very interesting coincidence. LoL

OMG !!

I just got the phone call from my aunt regarding my cousin sister. XD

She had gone in for the C-section this morning, and I now have a new NIECE!

Gosh, mum and dad's still at work, perhaps we'll drop by tonight or something. nyaah~

Totally beats me being wretchedly sick with flu for the past 2-3 days. ORZ I even missed my last class of the semester for Law which was this morning, because I didn't think I'd last at the class, sneezing and wheezing like mad.

Went back to bed, dose some pills....and I do feel much better. I better, don't wanna pass anything down to my little niece. ORZ

Nopes, I'm not changing the colour of my blog, it's too much of a hassle...plus I might just jeopardise my existing one. DD: But I might change it later on, it's time for a change of layout....ORZ

The House

The house is old. And in need of maintenance.

Haven't made any posts about them yet. >.>

Somewhere in the middle of the year, there was the issue of termites.....<.< Which dad solved by getting the pesticide fellas to drill some holes onto the floor and spray some chemical over them. After the furniture was moved around.

Subsequently, there was a need to replace the wooden door frames with something else....plastic I think. It took another few days and lots of cleaning up...I swear, we had to clean everything everyday. The house must have been sparkling clean for that one week.

Mostly the door frames replaced where those connected to the bathroom, since it's the place it was wet and the wood had....what's the word...rot.

Here comes the best part, my parents decided to change the downstairs bathroom door into those plastic sliding ones. The measurements were a bit off, and it took quite a lot of times to get it done. After all, it is usually the door that fit the frames, not the frames to fit the doors.

I think the workers messed up the assemblement, since the door now opens the other day, but anyway, that's the what I wanted to talk about.

Our existing washing machine and dryer in the bathroom is now wider that the door itself.

ORZ

Which my dear dad realised after everything was done and paid for. That little piece of info had us all giggling like crazee.

What are we suppose to do, when the time comes for us to replace those machines?

This is a case of worry later, I suppose.

Next was the piping, I'm not too sure but something about our additional water tank and its pipings. Causing the water to leak onto the porch. O.O

It just got fixed yesterday.

But the bathroom now looks....ugly.

According to dad, the internal pipings can't be used anymore, and everything been redirected to an external piping, which is easily seen on the walls of our bathroom now.

ORZ

Now that I think about it, the house would be about 15 years. Oh wows, okies....now i understand the need for repairs.

The end of all things good

Ah, well, the exam period is nearing, and the classes are coming to an end. There's the study week coming, and the timetable to take note of, since some subjects tend to begin earlier.

Spent my allowance on a dinner treat for my family, the night after my birthday since the place doesn't open at certain nights.

Had a lovely morning with some girls from college at a karaoke outlet. Haven't been to one in ages, it's much cheaper and worthwhile to drop by the in morning btw. It came with food and drinks. Plus a small birthday cake. Yays!

There was an assortment of Chinese and English songs, just because I don't understand doesn't mean they don't. So yea, it was really nice. Yes, I terrorized the other with my horrid voice. Oho!

Plus the class on Monday is no more on, my lecturer has deemed it to end.

I'd say my birthday ended really nicely. Yes sirree.

I'm on the way on becoming an aunt before the month is over, the new babe's due date should be anytime now.

Parking woes...

Oh yea....

On the eve oh my 21st Birthday....I kena saman-ed.

At the area I've been parking for the last 2 years. ORZ

Dad took me to settle it the next day, for half the original amount...but that's a sudden waste of rm40 still......<.<

On the other side...I finally have a new passport..the old one expired years back, it was made 9 years back. DD:

I'm definitely impressed with the speed of everything. It only took a while to hand over the documents and it can be collected 2 hours later. Wa La!

It was all done and collected even before lunch. O.O That's something to be said.

Deferred...WHUT?

GAHHHHHHHHHH.....

When everyone is over and done with their finals.....I will be amongst those selected few who isn't.

ORZ ORZ ORZ

It's the stupid exam timetable which has 2 of the 3 subjects I'm taking on the same day and same time. WTH?

So why can't they reschedule? Like what they did for another few friends of mine, whom had clashes? Push it to another day or something?

Our programme secretary insisted she tried inquiring RMIT. As it turns out, for some crappy reason, they wouldn't allow her to change the time. Something about simultaneous exams on Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. Like lar, I know anyone from those places...please.

And she can't change it without their approval.

So now, me and another 2 friends are FORCED....like we have any other choice to begin withlar...to take a deferred paper...due 2 weeks after finals.

I won't deny that the extra time sounds terribly tempting....but it merely prolongs my hols.....ORZ

And both my law and acct theory lecturer says that it will be much harder, since they would take into the account we had the extra time to brush up. WTH?

So now, not only it's not of any fault of ours...and we get a harder paper to sit for? Dang it!

My 21st !

Image

Birthdays mark each year of your life, every milestone you reach.

Usually, it isn't much of a big deal, just a simple family dinner and some extra pocket money.

But somehow this year, it would seem that reaching my 21st year of living is. D: For the part of my family that is.

It somewhat became quite a big thing for me this year. There's a lot of other reasons that it to happen, which I might choose to indulge in later on. XD

Personally, I'm kinda overwhelmed myself. Like seriously. And, it makes one feel so very thankful for having such a great family, not only my immediate family, but mostly my paternal side actually. I love them so much!

Dad booked 2 tables at some fancy chinese restaurant, and I had a huge jelly cake....and as with most chinese families...more pocket money. =3 I'll probably spend some and save the rest. nyah! Oh, and I did get 2 really nice bracelets from my bro and cousin. My lil' bro who went off with his 2 buddies to get me something nice, that was really sweet of him, seeing how he usually don't remember birthdays. XD

My parents did ask me what I wanted, but errr.....they've already spend so much on the dinner and probably more later on. After all, they're going to give me a wonderful present.

Ah.....it's so hard to continue on, when not everything is explained properly.

So here goes....if everything goes accordingly and I pass my semester properly, my parents are going to take on the additional expenses to send me off to Melbourne, to my aunt's, where I will finish my 2 final subjects.

Needless to say, I'm really excited. It's only 6 months, but who cares?

It is precisely because it's only 2 last subjects and only 6 months that my parents are considering it, since it'll be a much lighter load of expense. Almost half of what a full semester would cost.

When my semester started, I met a friend who told me of her plans to finished her final sem over there, I was sceptical about it since it's usually a minimum of 1 year. But when I enquired with my program secretary, and she asked the international office, they replied that it was possible.

So you see, that's a huge birthday present in itself, particularly because my parents are stretching their budget for me. Even my dad hasn't been over to Melbourne, mum did a few years back with my aunts. And my aunt and uncle pitched in, their present to me was a return flight ticket. (The dinner was to partly thank them) I'll stay over at another aunt's, who's holds a PR over there.

It truly is spectacular 21st Birthday for me this year!

Now, I've got to keep my fingers crossed so that everything goes smoothly.

And before you dears go off wondering how come you don't know, it's because I told NO ONE. Figured only those close to me knows about my little blog, so yea. After all, things aren't 100% confirmed yet, it's only been agreed upon recently. Wish me luck that things will proceed as it should go.

It may not be such a big deal, but to me it is. XD

Thank you millions for the lovely birthday wishes you've sent over!! =3 It certainly made my day, particularly because the dinner was held last weekend for everyone to be able to make it, so there was mostly nothing planned for today. But I'm certainly not going to complain about it.

Did some slight shopping in Pyramid. OMG, the new wing is teh huge, I must have look idiotic trying to maneuver and kept going in circles by myself. No class for today mar, which is again, a present in itself. I get Thursdays off. XD

Why is it, I don't feel the least bit matured at 21....? ORZ
