New Years Eve

I have started a tradition of documenting what my kids are doing at the stroke midnight on New Years Eve, mostly because they have always been sleeping and I didn't want them left out. We celebrated this year at a friends house. There were lots of food, fun and games and is the reason Ethan was able to stay awake for the first time. Aliana takes bedtime very seriously and wanted to be laid down.

Myrtle Beach

We were lucky enough to be able to go to the beach with our friends the Newcomers just a few days after Christmas. We had such a great time!! Lots of good food, game night, movie night, lots and lots of shopping and kite flying. And we were able to see our first sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean it was beautiful!

Snow Day

I know this post is a little late, but I wanted to document the last snowfall we will ever see in NC. It snowed here in the south the day after Christmas. Aliana and I had fun walking outside for about 20 minutes and then got cold and headed inside for warmth. Elisha and Ethan stayed out a while longer and had fun playing. It was a beautiful snow day!
