Happy New Years... Happily ever after!

New Years was a fun one this year! 

I got to celebrate a special day with my best friend and sorority sister as she became Mrs. Nichols!! 

Some sweet friends at the rehersal dinner.. 

Addison was so excited she was asked to be the flower girl.. 

And did a fabulous job!! 

It was a absolutely beautiful wedding. We had so much fun with glitter, confetti and lots of dancing! 

 I am so excited for Kody and Emily as they start this new journey! Love you two!! 

Merry Christmas!

So this year we didn't have our typical Christmas... Everyone came down with the flu! 

But.... That didn't stop us from celebrating Jesus birthday. We missed our Christmas Eve service at church but had our own little candle light service at home.. It was a sweet memory we won't forget! 

We decorated cookies to get ready for Santa... 

And I know he enjoyed those! ;) 

Then made our birthday cake for Jesus and sang before bed! 

At 4 o'clock we had a little wake up call from two little girls that SANTA came.. 

So of course we had to get up and play a little while before heading back to bed! 

That morning after everyone was up and around we had breakfast then headed over to My parents for Christmas. 

Even though it wasn't the Christmas I had planned... God taught me to sit back, relax and enjoy these special moments with my sweet little family in the business of the holiday. I am thankful for this sweet time even though none of us felt great!
