Mid December

Brian traveled again. This time to sunny Arizona.

But we survived without him.

And he survived without us.

There is an abandoned construction vehicle by our house that is the kids new favorite things to visit.

Sam wouldn't even try for Santa, but Lincoln gave him a high five and sat near him.

This is a little old, but we love it. What good is a doll house? As a car ramp.

SNOW FUN!

And then not-so-snow-fun. Let's go inside and warm up.

And what was daddy doing in the snow? Traveling to Vegas, on the tiny state plane.

Christmas Tree

A big storm blew down one of our pine trees. We are quite sad about this, but luckily it was just in time to become a Christmas tree. Some ward members came over and helped cut it, stand it up, and bring it inside.

I got worried it would fall over eventually so I didn't put out too many of our ornaments. Instead I made some out of pine cones and twigs.

Speaking of craftiness, here was my thanksgiving signs I made this year.

And the sign I made to replace it for December and January.

Thanksgiving Week

We went up to Reno to a farm and park to meet the turkeys (and other animals)

They had a fun play place inside with cars and trucks for Lincoln and things to climb on and crafts for Samantha.

There was also a dinosaur playground.

They loved this slide and did it a bunch of times.
