So Dallin got sick about 2 months ago and has not been sleeping well ever since (unless drugged up on Melatonin). Two nights ago it took him an hour and a half to go to sleep. And then he woke up just after 1AM and decided to be super creepy. He went downstairs and hopped up on the chair so he could look outside. Both Bryan and I were in a pretty deep sleep. But Bryan woke up when Dallin starting talking. He went in his room, figuring that's where he was. Nope. He checked the bathroom. Nope. And then finally saw Dallin's silhouette on the chair. "Hey buddy, what are you doing?" he sleepily said. Dallin pointed out the window and said, "Kitty?....kitty?"
Now in fairness our neighbor does have 3 cats, including a black one, that can often be found roaming outside. Bryan was pretty out of it, having been in the middle of deep sleep, but said he didn't see any cat outside.
That's creepy.
Bryan put him back in bed and he went to sleep. And then decided 7AM was an acceptable wake up time (which it's not, especially since that means he only slept 9 hours, not 11 like he should). He immediately went downstairs and was standing by the shoes when I found him. I took him back to his bed and when he laid down he said, "Kitty?"
Creepy again.
This time he didn't go back to sleep. So last night I gave him Melatonin again so we could all get some sleep and avoid more creepy cat stories.
