Automatic Install From WordPress Dashboard

  1. Login to your WordPress Dashboard
  2. Navigate to Plugins -> Add New
  3. Search ERP
  4. Click install and activate and follow instructions

Manual Install From WordPress Dashboard

If your server is not connected to the Internet, then you can use this method-

  1. Download the plugin by clicking on the red button above. A ZIP file will be downloaded
  2. Login to your site’s admin panel and navigate to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload
  3. Click choose file, select the plugin file and click install

Install Using FTP

If you are unable to use any of the methods due to internet connectivity and file permission issues, then you can use this method-

  1. Download the plugin by clicking on the red button above. A ZIP file will be downloaded
  2. Unzip the file
  3. Launch your favorite FTP client. Such as FileZilla, FireFTP, CyberDuck etc. If you are a more advanced user, then you can use SSH too
  4. Upload the folder to wp-content/plugins/
  5. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
  6. Navigate to Plugins -> Installed
  7. Activate the plugin

ERP is completely free of cost, you can download and install the plugin right from your WordPress dashboard just like any other WordPress plugin.

Can I use only one module?

Yes, you definitely can! The whole plugin is divided into three parts- HR, CRM, and Accounting based on features and the source code are separate for each module. So you can turn on or off any module you like from the settings.

Can I customize the plugin?

Absolutely! ERP and all its extensions are open-source and the source files are well-documented. So you can customize any feature you want. Our support service is always there to help you with information to get you started.

Do you provide customization support?

Currently, we do not offer customization support. However, you can post your requirements on specialized and diverse marketplaces like Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, etc.

Is ERP Multi-Site Compatible?

You can use one ERP installation on 1 database. That means one WordPress installation can have only one ERP activation. You can install and activate the plugin on a single sub-site of a network installation. But ERP can not be used across multiple sub-sites of a network installation.

You can easily translate ERP (and its extensions) by following some simple steps. You’ll find the guideline here.

Can I use ERP from the front end?

You can use the HR module from the frontend now by using the “HR Frontend” extension. The CRM & Accounting module does not have a frontend right now.

The plugin has potential, but it’s missing several essential features for real business usage. While the HR module has a frontend extension, the Accounting and CRM modules still have no frontend support, meaning non-admin users cannot access any accounting features at all. There is also no frontend login/register user portal, so it’s impossible to provide clients or staff with a proper dashboard. For an ERP system, role-based frontend access is critical, and its absence is a major limitation. It would greatly improve the plugin if the developers could add: a frontend dashboard for Accounting login/register pages for users full role-based access for non-admin accounts a Car Fleet Management module (vehicles, mileage logs, maintenance tracking, fuel records, driver assignments) A fleet management module is a common requirement in modern ERP systems and would make WP ERP far more valuable for companies managing vehicles and drivers. Until these features are implemented, the plugin remains difficult to use for professional workflows There is also no frontend login/register panel, so it’s impossible to provide clients or team members with a proper user dashboard. Most ERP systems require role-based frontend access, and this plugin currently doesn’t offer it. It would be extremely helpful if the developers added: a frontend dashboard for Accounting user login/register pages proper role-based access for non-admin users Until these features are available, the plugin is difficult to use for professional accounting workflows.

WP-ERP was excellent in responding to my support query. Md. Tanvir Chowdhury replied immediately and guided us through diagnosing the cause of the issue (uploaded pdf files), explained in detail what to do initially to correct the issue, and scoped out what would need to be done should the initial recommendations not fix the issue. I cant access to my own account, Luckly I paid just for 1 month, I tried to cancel and nothing, the only answers I get from WP ERP is: write to another emailI ve indicated em to delete my auto renewal credit card and have No answers since 2 weeks ago I will never use again WP ERP software

Better CRM features out of the box for free than most dedicated CRM services, plus add anything as needed. Or develop your own addon features. And that’s just one piece since it’s really a full ERP. Thank you for this!
