Hailey 4 years

To document some things about Hailey:

• Hailey is very articulate and can describe things (events and orders) in great detail. 
• She can be very emotional and will tell you if she doesn't love you right now. Or if she doesn't love something anymore. Everything seems relative to loving something/one, loving it a little, or not loving something/one. 
• She still doesn't like to try new things. Like grilled cheese sandwich (though once Cari had one, she then wanted to try it and loved it). 
• She did some swim lessons with mommy this summer and made some good progress. She can kick across grandma/grandpa's pool with a noddle to hold on to. She still doesn't like going underwater and we are working on blowing out so she doesn't get water in her nose. Hoping she can become a swimmer next summer. 
• She is really into Nick Jr. shows (Paw Patrol, Shimmer and Shine)
• She is in her second year of preschool (in the pre-k, dragonflies class). Her teachers are Miss Mandy and Miss Doreen. She wasn't super excited to leave the Honeybee class with Miss Kim and Miss Brooke, but she is really excited that after she finishes the Dragonfly class that she gets to go to kindergarten at Mackenzie's school. 
• Her hair looks more blonde than brown these days because of all her highlights! 
• Her favorite color is still purple (second is red)
• She can be a very good helper and loves to clean. She loves to help wash dishes. 

Bridgit 15 months

To document some things about Bridgit:

• She and Hailey get into it all the time now - fighting over toys, whatever. 
• She loves to play with Hailey though. Hailey can be very caring and attentive when she wants to. 
• Bridgit loves ducks. She watches Little Baby Bum and loves any song with ducks and quacking. She will go to the TV where we keep the remotes and say "bum". Once you go get the remote, she goes and sits on the little Mickey Mouse couch to wait. 
• Still has 8 teeth that came in by the time she was a year old. 
• She loves having her hair brushed and will sit very still for it. Of course, she doesn't have enough hair to have an tangles... 
• She won't eat baby food except for green beans. 
• She eats whole olives by putting it on her finger first. 
• She still loves to be outside and go down the little slide in our backyard. She recently started playing in the little sand box (before she won't actually go in it). 
• She loves to push around the little baby strollers. 
• Whenever we're outside and the bubble machine is off, she will go to it and say "bubble" until we turn it on. Then she walks away without even playing with the bubbles. It just needs to be on. 
• She loves to brush her teeth. Throughout the day, she will go in the kids bathroom and say "teeth" until we brush her teeth. 
• She can say shoe, bubble, bum, show, no, stop, teeth. 
• She is almost outgrowing her 18 month clothing and already wears some 2T. 
• She goes to sleep with a bottle of water. Sometimes 2 or 3. But she fills that diaper up and then some. Hopefully, the overnight diapers we got for her will catch it all! 
• She loves looking at books! Hope to have a reader here!
