wow, it is making mama really sad how fast time is flying by. i literally want to freeze time and stay just as we are today and nobody get any bigger. but i know God has wonderful plans for your life. he knew you before you were even born! he knows what purposes he has for your life. so when you don't know, just remember, that HE knows and will take care of you if you trust and believe him. i am savoring each day he gives us together because i know it is such a GIFT. every single day is a gift and i feel truly grateful and blessed that he has given us all each other to live on this earth together. i love being your mom and taking care of you. i want you to know that i pray for you every day, i pray scripture over you and cover you with Jesus' words. i pray for your friends, your future husband, your future dad and mom-inlaws, i pray for you to work hard, i pray for you to have servant hearts, to love to worship, to be a good friend, for good health, for protection and safety to go with you wherever you go. you are precious in his sight. you are more special than gold and silver. you are a treasure. you are a cherished gift from God. i love you so much. these days we have together are so fun. the bond you guys hold and share as sisters is so special.

hannah, you love to practice your letters and write letters to people and make them pictures. you like to draw rainbows and write your name. you love books and love to read. you love the game bible old man and candy land. you are so much fun and i love you so much
dog lover
caroline, you are a true dog lover, trainer, rescuer, and nurturer. you are kind of like a dog sometimes the way you lay with the dogs and pretend to be one. :) you are always loving on sugar and duke and feeding them and taking care of them. you do so well with them. i know they love you just as much! they are such good doggies.

God's artwork
it was one of those nights that left us in awe, speechless of the brilliant color left before us in our backyard. truly magnificent. i can only imagine what heaven must be like! thank you Lord for your artwork and creation we get to enjoy.
SOLAR ECLIPSE august 21, 2017
the first day of school was supposed to be monday, august 21, but instead the big solar eclipse was supposed to happen that day so they were out of school. we went to some friend's for lunch and then got to see the beginning phases of watching the moon travel over the sun. it was by far pretty amazing. we then went back home and met our family and watched by the pool until the totality of it occurred. the crickets started chirping the pool lights came on it got dimmer and darker at 2:00 pm. it was so amazing to experience. what a fun day to remember!! WOW God you are so cool so big so magnificent. thank you that the clouds stayed away so we could experience more of your GLORY. girls i hope you remember this because it was really awesome!
fun with neighbors
a many of summer nights were spent down the road at chad and jena's house with blakely and baby rhett. this particular night after a ride on the polaris, the girls decided to go for a swim in their clothes. hooray for summer fun!
1st tooth lost
i couldn't tell you the day but i do know you were 5 years old when the first little baby tooth came out. i can't believe it how can it be! your so beautiful julia mommy loves you so much!
