My resolutions of 2010:

3 more days till school reopen. ): Sec3 this year *slaps myself into reality* I really must work harder this year.

Nat's 14th Birthday Celebration

Met Qi, Min, Joa and Swee at 12 pm to buy Nat's surprise cake from Breadtalk. Went to LJS and discussed the surprise plan + eat lunch.

Pretended to arrive separately @ B&Js. Jing & Ping came and we waited for over 45mins for HO SHI LEI. Tsktsk! Laughed a lot while waiting. Mainly laughing @ Swee. HAHAHA. Oh, we gave Nat all her presents too :D 

She also gave all of us our Christmas presents! And she gave me Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift's album!!! :D Thanks loads!

Ho came and we bought 3 Mix n Match to share. It costed around $48 in total but Nat treated us all! :D 

Went up to the rooftop to take many pictures and talk (: And then, we tried to carry out the surprise plan but it didn't turn out to what we wanted. In the end, we asked some stranger to pass the cake to Nat and she was like so shocked. HAHAHA. Sang birthday song, blew candles and cut the cake. 

All these happened in the drizzle. Seems like everytime we have a batch outing, it'll rain. ):

Took more pictures then Ho left, followed by Swee after. 

The rest of us went to Cotton On and i bought a tanktop. Proceeded to Diva and they had sales! But didn't buy anything. 

Went to Food Republic. When some of us went to buy food, some old Grandma just threw Joa's bag on the floor and dragged her chair to her table w/o asking Nat or Qi. When i heard about it, i took back the chair. Then the father of that family complained. It was his mother's fault!!!!! 

Anw, Qi and Ping left first.  Jing took MRT home and the 3 of us took bus back. 

It was a fun and enjoyable day and i hope Nat loved her presents! :D

East Coast Park

Met Gin, Qi, Min, Twins, Darren, BM & LC at Clementi yesterday. Went to East Coast Park!

We took the MRT to Bedok then 196 to ECP. On the bus, we were eating very hard fish crackers. Then, i couldnt bite some bit, so i sticked out my tongue and asked Min what that was. And it turned out to be a bracket from my braces. :O And i swallowed my limegreen rubberband :O 

Went to Burger King once we reached cos we were all starving.

And then we all rented bikes. I rented the shorter one cos i didn't know how to cycle. Lalala. But they taught me! And i took 30 - 45mins to learn. HAHA. When i finally rode for 10 seconds, they all cheered. :D So after that, we all rode to the Jetty. 

And then, to the beach (:

Darren buried Gin's shoes in the sand, and in the picture below, they were trying to find it. HAHAHA. 

But after they found her shoes, BM threw them into the sea! And we all went running towards her shoes, screaming in case it got washed away. Hahaha. So in the end, Gin's shoes were muddy, sandy, salty and wet.

We started to ride back to return the bikes. But somehow, after playing by the beach, i forgot how to ride the bike -.- And i was so wobbly on it. While i was learning, i didn't fall at all. But then on the way back, i fell twice ): Once, i fell into the bushes. HAHAHAHA. I think that's funny. Second time, i crashed into someone. ):

Anyway, Gin waited for me and we were the last to get back. But nearing the rental shop, Darren and LC came to look for us and they rode our bikes back since we were dead tired. 

Went to Macs to rest.

So later on ShiLei's dad was supposed to come and fetch her. We all walked out and she saw this car that was exactly the same as her dad's, driving pass. So she reached out her hand and shouted "爸! 爸!" And it turned out, IT WASNT HER DAD. SUPER FUNNY AND EMBARRASSING. There was a family in the car as well. WE LAUGHED SO HARD.

Anyway, we walked for like 1 hour to get back to the original bus stop we came from. And halfway, it started POURING. Among the remaining 8 of us, we only had 2 umbrellas, 1 frisbee, 2 small towels and 1 jacket for shelter. Lol. We got drenched anyway. 

On the bus, we were so coldddd. And dead tired on the MRT. I alighted @ Dover to meet my mom for Dinner. Plus i started feeling sick. Haha. But this morning, i didn't (:

Anyway, thanks a lot to all those awesome people who helped me learn how to cycle. Especially Gin, ShiLei, Darren and BingMing who were there by my side for  a long time, leaaving their bikes at the back. And the others, who waited for me while i was so slow and came riding back when i was far behind. 

LOVE YOU ALL LOADS AND THANKS A LOT LOT LOT!♥ I KNOW HOW TO CYCLE NOW MUAHAHAHA :D

Over-stretched

Hello people. Im back to update after  1 month.

So those last days were filled with many events. I'll try to remember them if i can.



Nov. 16th: Had MissTan's practise. Finished our Cultural Pot Dance. Sort of.



Nov. 17th: Had NAFA rehearsals in the morning. Met Nat @ Subway (Clementi) for lunch. Then JiaMin, Swee, YuQi & her came over to swimmm!

Nov. 18th: Had Laoshi's practise. Did Cultural Pot. I left at 12pm with XueJing, JingLin, LiTong & PinXin for NAFA. Cabbed there. Rehearsals were okay i guess. Danced a few times on the stage in our costumes that's all.



Nov.19th: JiaLin's Birthday! :D had Laoshi's prac. Finished Cultural Potpourri Dance. Laoshi taught Finale but us 5 left early again to NAFA. Had full dress rehearsals.



Nov. 20th: NAFA performance day! Reached there and started on make-up. Waiting time was spent playing card games.

Nat, Joa, YuQi & Gin came for the 4pm one :D When the performance was over, XueJing & I rushed down to meet them. Took photos and chatted for quite awhile. Went back up to have our dinner- Burger King.

7:30pm performance, Swee & HuiPing came! :D When the curtains fell after the Finale, everyone started cheering and stuff. Quite funny. Ping and Swee came upstairs to look for us (: Saw YanTing, YingPei, YuTing and others too.

The 2 of them waited for me and Jing to get changed and wipe of our make-up. Talked a lot meanwhile. Parents fetched me home at 10+.


So glad the 6 of them came to support! Happy they enjoyed it. Love you girls! :D♥


Anw, i miss the process of preparing for this concert alr. Next one, 2 years later.

I miss The Joys ):

Nov. 21st: West Coast Community Centre performance! Went to school early and met '96 girls. Changed and helped one another make-up. Bused to WCCC.

Warmed up in our "dressing room".

I think our performance was not bad considering we never had any rehearsal on that stage. Plus the back of the stage was filled with many boxes which made it very hard for us to change from the left wing to the right, vice versa. But then, we survived (: The MC introduced us as Nan Hua Primary High School though...?

Changed out of costume. Went down to the "fair" to get food and drinks. JiaMin and i used our coupons to play the games too. Haha.

Won 3 pathetic prizes. Hahaha.

Went to JP for lunch with a few of '96 girls and later went to Nanyang CC to practise KaoJiKe with MissTan.



Nov. 22nd: KaoJiKe Day! Went to school early and practised Grade 9 exercises before the exam started. Once the examiner arrived, i was so nervous. My group was the last and i made one mistake! I was all trembly after that. But i gurss it was okay. Rushed down for laoshi's practise.

They were having Cultural Pot rehearsals on our school stage. '96 girls practised our windmill till we were fed up with it.

Laoshi divided us into Modern/ Cultural for SYF later on. Im in Modernnn :D which is inclusive of '96 girls (excluding Swee, ShiLei, TengHwee), Sec3 girls, Sec1 guys + LinBo, Terence, TianYi and Jasper.

Practised for Open House later on.



Nov. 23rd: Cultural Potpourri! Bused from school to UCC. Rehearsed on the stage twice with our costume which meant the girls had to go through inconvenient costume changes.

I thought the performance was okay. I kept laughing during the YOG dance though, @ Yuqi & Weixin. Cos they made funny mistakes. HAHAHA.

My father video-ed down our 水袖 dance and our windmill was actually not that bad! :D

Parents fetch Nat and I home and we zonked out.



Nov. 24th: Cultural started their dance while Modern did our own things. Practised Open House in the afternoon.



Nov. 25th: Emotional day for the dancers. Laoshi got really angry after Nap time and stormed off. Jihe-ed and got scolded by YanTing, Zoe & Yingpei. Majority of the girls cried, so did I. I cried a lot. Like Zoe said, its because we care for Dance. Gloomy day yeah.



Nov. 26th: Modern went to school in the afternoon and we were supposed to help clean the ISH. I brought my mom's magic cleaner (: Everyone was bending down using rags to clean the floor while i was standing up. Ahahaha. ;P

Modern did their own things and went down to Parade Square in the late afternoon to practise Open House. Got our new Dance Tees too!

Nov. 27th: Open House! Wore our new dance tees. Felt quite weird. Performance was okay. Huang Laoshi told us that many people said "woah" when they watched us. Whoo! :D Did Dance cheer too :D Ate lunch in school. Nat & I went home and we just slept. LOL.



Nov. 28th: Rest day for dancers! Nat and I met Shilei, Swee, JiaMing, NaiKang, QinKai, XiaoNan & MingJian @ JP. Went to KFC for lunch and then watched Harry Potter! I think the movie's quite nice though very tense and scary. I kept covering my face with my jacket. Haha.

Nov. 29th: Back to laoshi's practise. Cultural did their dance, Modern learnt WuShi. I LIKE LEARNING THE DRUMS WHOOHOO (: Thanks WenXuan for teaching us. I prefer playing it on the chair than the drums though. LOL.

Laoshi started on a bit of Modern dance in the studio. Love our storyline (:



Nov. 30th: Laoshi continued Modern dance. Played games in the afternoon. My group's "Awesome" (; but then we merged with "Noted". And we held on to one another tightly when the other group tried to seperated us.

Went back home and Nat & I woke up at 11 to make our wish then waited for Class Allocations to come out. Which in the end, it DIDNT -.-



Dec. 1st: Laoshi finished quite a lot of Modern that day. (Y)



Dec. 2nd: Didn't get relay that dance starts at 8am, not 9am. So Nat and I were 45mins late. The class allocations were out on the board outside the GO alr and '96 girls told us all about it. I GOT INTO 301 WITH NAT!!!! We are so fated. :D

Laoshi continued Modern till nearly the end.



Dec. 3rd: Laoshi finished the last part of Modern and we had practise in the hall after so long! The tailor came to measure us for our SYF costumes. Cultural and Modern danced twice.

Went to the basketball court to play Multi-Level Captain's Ball. LOL. And everyone got wet cos the Sec3s were throwing water bombs and pouring water onto us.

Didn't bring extra undergarments or towel. So only changed into extra clothes and went home feeling very disgusting. Haha. Also partly because YuRen poured SOAPY WATER over me and Michelle.



Dec. 4th: Nat went to her Aunt's house and she's in China naos. Having her here for 2 weeks was awesome. Like sisters yo. :D ♥
