Climbing Upwards

I'm back home again! (: So happy to be back. I've missed my room, my bed, my friends, the food, the aircon. Though the weather is extremely hot. You can just sit there motionless and still perspire. Singapore, you're hopeless. Oh well, my skin and hair needs the humidity.

I would say that things have been getting better. Starting from our last day of term. It was the day that we Year 12s got to know our prefectship results. In all honestly, I didn't care about it that much. After my interview, I've cast it aside and literally forgotten about it.

We were given our letters and having everyone gathered in one room was all very tense. Anyway, here's what my letter said. If you're curious, read it. But if you're lazy, I did get the Prefect role that I wanted. And I was genuinely pleasantly surprised because I thought that I wouldn't get anything. Guess I thought wrong. (:

It was Lucy's last day helping out in PHC as well. I am honestly going to miss her. She got me through so much the last few weeks. More than she will ever know and realise why and how. Glad she liked the card I made her. I took like, 3 days. Hahaha. Well, I wish her all the best in her future and hopefully I'll see her again soon.

I'm already really sick of flying ): It's so boring on the plane. All I wanna do is sleep but it's so uncomfortable. Sigh. Wish I could teleport. It'll make life so much easier. Guess it'll make people a lot lazier too. 

Anyway, arrived home to the lovely faces of my favourite people. We hung out at Starbucks and then ate at Popeye's!

Yesterday!

The few of us went to Sentosa to get a bit of sun and just chill. Also to surprise Joanna for her birthday.

Had a wonderful, magical day at the beach with my lovelies. A day well spent. 

Love you babes. I keep saying that. Feel like I'm on repeat. But I really love these bunch of people so much (: 

I've also received my school report via snail mail. Guess I'm doing really well. I would never be able to say that if I was still studying back home. Glad I am at a place where I can develop my potentials and reach for my goals. So so so so so so so thankful and grateful.


It's been a good week. I'm happy again. (: May my days stay golden.

HEYYYYYY.

My dance exam went quite alright yesterday. I danced my heart out and really enjoyed it in the end. Now I miss it. Ironic, isn't it; How I wanted to get it over and done with for the past few weeks and now that it's over, I wanna do it all over again. But anyway, I'm just really happy and relaxed and relieved now. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I can actually carry on with life now.


Anyway, I went to GIRLS ALOUD TEN: THE HITS TOUR on the 2nd of March! I was singing and dancing the whole way through hahaha.

I BOUGHT MERCHANDISES!!! A set of photocards with their signatures, a hoodie, their tourbook and a wristband (:

So that was that. We got back to my godparent's house around 1am. Haha. But I'm sooooo glad and happy that I went (: I am so going to buy their tour DVD!

Last Thursday, we got back on AS Level C1 Maths results. I was hoping for an A but I honestly did NOT expect this at all. I'm reaaaaaally happy (:

Now that I've got my C1 paper sorted out, I'm left with C2 and S1 papers to take next term. Hopefully they'll be nearly as good... 

I would never ever be able to get full marks on a Maths paper back in SG. PHC's way of teaching suits me so much more. So glad that I have the opportunity to come here and develop my potentials. (':

On Saturday, the boarders went to the Harry Potter Studios! Having watched 2/8 films, I'm obviously quite clueless about Harry Potter. But still, it was fun.

I was really interested in the post-production though. The editing is SO AMAZING. You can never imagine how much effort they put into making the films. The greenscreen effects are so realistic you don't even realise what's fake what's not. It intrigued me so much and my passion for being part of the film production crew is growing even more. I really wanna be part of something magical like that in the future.

I am flying home in 10 days!Can't wait to go home and... Study ): Looking forward to see my dancers again though. Hooray.
