pjc 03/04 ex-14 class chalet :D
as the title suggests, i juz came back frm my jc class chalet! haha. guess it'd been ages since i last met them.. but they are still as hyper n fun as usual. :Pour only entertainment for the nite was mahjong.. which im not very familiar with. but luckily i have many 军师 around to guide me. *tai tai training in progress* LOL.. they even came out with the module code mj1001.. >__<|| so after attending the 'lectures', i have some tutorials/quizzes to complete. my kor came out with simple multiple choice qns. so during my round, he will give me 3 tile choices.. n i will have to choose the correct tile to discard. damn hilarious...
hmm.. had alot of 感触 after a fren shared with me abt her relationship story. i guess there's really no right or wrong when u are dealing with affairs of the heart. wat is the right thing to do.. when ur heart rules over ur mind? should u do wat u think it's right (or rational)? or should u follow ur heart? since u only lived ur life once.. n life is too short for regrets. she followed her heart. i really admire her courage.... i think if im caught in a similar situation, i wouldnt have known wat to do................ =/

bintan getaway! n_n
went for a 2D1N bintan trip last weekend (260708 - 270708).woohoo~ i can finally enjoy my holidays after my 3 months of vacation internship!
overall it's a nice and relaxing trip with great traveling kakis.. my darling, kitty n gibert. hehee (:
the resort that we went to was the agro beach resort. i can say that it's a really great place to unwind. the room that we got had a nice sea view! my dream home~~ how i wish i can stay there for good :P
although our stay there was quite short.. we did quite alot of activities! haha. we played water sports, picked seashells, had seafood feast, sang ktv (in midi.. lol), had photo taking, did some shopping and spa! (:

i bought a diary, and darling bought a seashell bracelet for me @ their souvenir shop~ :D

random updates
been a month since i last blogged. life had been good so far.. :) except for some minor accidents that happened in/near the workplace.. e.g. finger got burnt by soldering iron twice, feet got stuck in the hole of drain, strap on my slipper broke -__-Events in the past month:
met up with my dear fren kitty for a nice dinner n catch up session! feeling so blessed to have a great sister whom i can have heart to heart talks with :) took some lovely pictures as usual.... loved the night mode in her camera! n_n
went to catch the long awaited kung fu panda movie with dear using the free movie passes! really a nice n cute movie worth watching~~

my first time trying the New Zealand Natural Ice Cream @ NUS! shared a M.Y.O.S (make your own sundae) with derrick during our lunch break...
my sweet dear bought the Alvin and the Chipmunks DVD with plush toys for me, bcos i found the 3 chipmunks really cute!! n_n
my chipmunks babies lying comfortably on my bed.....n this kawaii meow meow card from him on our anniversary...
went 3 times of ktv over 3 weeks with 3 diff grps of frens... perhaps kbox shld issue me a vip card for being their loyal customer. lol.. :P

lastly, shall end off with a nice sunset scenery taken from the bus stop that i take 188 home after my work....

went to check out the newly opened japanese ice-cream shop that my mum has been talking abt. n to my surprise.. it was my fav MOF ice-cream!! omgg.... :P now i have more reasons to drop by lot one.. *grins

japanese dumpling with red bean paste... looks like the chinese style 'tang yuan' with the filling leaking out fri:
met up with the boyfriend's gang after work. had a nice dinner at brewerks (my 2nd time there) n it didnt disappoint me once again. the price was abit steep though.. but the quality of the food n beer made up for it! our after-dinner-activity was games @ settlers cafe. played an interesting game called Gift Trap. the goal of the game is to GIVE gifts people wan n to GET gifts u wan. if u think that it's a boring and innocent game.. then u r wrong! haha. now imagine u r asked to choose between gifts like lifetime supply of condoms, male stripper, brazilian wax, one year free subsciption to adut mazagine, naughty weekend kit.... n so on. it's a game that really test how well u know ur frens inside out.. :P

been some time since i last blogged.. guess im tired n lazy to blog after staring at the computer screen the whole day @ work.
work was good so far.. finally im finishing one 'block' (analog circuit) for my project. yeayea~ n_n my supervisor is v knowledgable.. so i love to bombard him with qns to squeeze him dry *hiak hiak... he is super nice too! even when he is out of the office.. he will still call me n check if everything's ok or if i need any help/input frm him (: other than the technical stuff.. i guess i also need to learn how to be more patient... esp with the pentium2 pc in my lab. >_< (alright, i will try to press the on/off switch on the cpu less often.. but sometimes it just irrtiates me *roar...)

the mickey mouse logic
today's my first day of internship @ imre~ (: learnt quite alot of new stuff today! pwm, class d power amp, peltier element, new micro-controller n development board that looks like fpga. though i will be handling a single project on my own.. but i feel really motivated to do it cos it's all the things i love to do! programming + analog circuitry~ n_nbefore i get started on my project.. my supervisor passed me a v thick book on the Art of Electronics for me to read up first. and to my surprise, i saw this

today marks the end of my exams. so happy~~ n_n
was rather worried abt today's paper at first.. cos there's nothing much to study for the paper. we are also the first batch taught by mr steven zhou (our lecturer).. so there's no past yr paper as reference. which makes us........ guinea pigs. but quite glad that my 1 A4 size cheat sheet comes in handy then.. like daniel n choonwee said.. it's really how much u can copy into your cheat sheet that determine how well u fare for the paper. haha..
my er xin cheat sheet....went kbox dinner buffet with my dear, sm and his fren after my paper! (also cindi and her cousin at the room beside us :)) it's really been ages since we last sang.. haha. voice rusty... :/ in order to make our $ worth.. me n dear went for a few rounds of the buffet. esp love their choco cakes n cream puffs n the free flow of ice-cream! wahahha *slurp slurp. =P
ahh... 2 more days to enjoy before my internship starts! :(
