David began the spring semester teaching as an adjunct professor in ethics at a nearby Christian University; John Brown. The students have spoken so highly of him already that he's already been asked to return in the fall.
January ended with pretty good snowfall for Arkansas. This was the first snow that Owen was able to get out and enjoy. He kept asking "play snow?" and wanted to wear his winnie the pooh snow boots all over the house as well! 
David and I were able to attend a John Mayer concert hosted by the University. Let me tell you this man can play the guitar!! If you've never seen him live, you're missing out!
Owen is quite the chatterbox these days. He loves to play with his cars and puzzles, read all sorts of books ranging from "No No's Ark" to photo books of animals and construction trucks. He enjoys playing hide and seek and now that the weather is finally turning warm he's begging to go out to ride his bike or go for a wagon ride. He battled a bout of pneumonia this month, but at least he hasn't had an ear infection since he had tubes put in just before Thanksgiving .
