Disney World
Well better late than never some say...It has been VERY long time since I last posted, because I really started this blog to share pictures with friends and family and I have bored most of you with tons of pictures on facebook. But I know that not all are on facebook so here is a start to a review of this past year. One of the most exciting part of this year was our trip to Disney World, even though it has been almost a year since we went! I have really really wanted to take the kids to Disney World and last year my dear hubby made that happen. It was FANTASTIC!!! I was amazed how smooth everything went, the kids and the adults had an amazing week. My brother, sister in law, nieces, and mom were with us and it was so much fun that the kids ask to go back almost daily.
We did not tell the kids until the morning that we left, we made tshirts, decorated the car, and made a video to help them to guess where we were going. I think we were almost as excited about telling the kids as we were about going. And they were excited, but really did not know much about Disney World at the time...if we were to surprise them again chaos would surround us.
Our first day!
The Toy Story game was a huge hit for us all!
Our princess and knights!
Although this is not my favorite picture of us all, I do not have a better one! But really I love Colbys facial expression... I said I think things went smoothly, maybe not perfect...we do have 5 kiddos!
The teacups where our favorite, we rode them over and over and over and...
This prince looked amazingly real...and a little like plastic
We had to make an extra trip to Magic Kingdom just to see this princess!
The splash pad pictures were some of my favorite of the trip, i love the smiles all around
L is for Logan!
R is for Rosa
P well there was no P so Peyson was "disneys best kept secret"
M is for Matthew
This is Rosas bear Florida who made the trek with us
I truly did not mean to cut my beautiful niece out of this picture, I am not sure what happened. But trust me she is beautiful!
Well thats all for now, but I am sure I will post more later, like I said it was WONDERFUL!Friday, August 12, 2011
Rosa birthday in Oklahoma
Since we were in OK in July this year Rosa got to have a birthday party for her at Aunt and Uncles house. I cannot believe my baby is 7 years old, how can it be possible that we have been parents for 7 years! And boy what changes these past 7 years have seen. She is such a sweet girl, quiet and loving, she is helpful and such a joy. We love you sweet girl
