This post is long overdue! At the end of January we spent some time hanging out in Cali...seeing old friends, meeting new ones, playing in the snow and the sand. Like we've always heard, California really does have a lot to offer! Hope you enjoy taking the journey with us.

We really lucked out...this area is normally closed this time of year, but the weather had been unseasonably warm and so it was open!
We stayed in the quiet little town of Mariposa. Oh what fun! We found the Hideout Saloon and made friends with the locals. Before the night was over, I think we knew half the town, got a souvenir leather vest and had a song written about us :) Some truly genuine people in this place.
