The last six months it has felt like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Victoria has settled down! She's not climbing everything, getting into everything, or escaping the house. It is wonderful.
She started preschool and gymnastics in August and loves them both.
She has impeccable style.
She loves to laugh at herself and get people laughing.
Funny things Victoria says
- "It's Clock-thirty" for anytime.
- All lights are flashlights. "Mom, I need flashlight." "Mom, will you turn on the flashlight?"
- Bee-sa-da-ghetti
- "I'm really hungry a little bit more."
- After she farts "Who farted today?" (Hoping to replace that with excuse me but it hasn't caught on yet.
- When she was congested she told me her nose was tight.
- We always tell her to get her jammas on. So she thinks pajamas are called jammazon. Therefore, she'll tells us she needs to get her jammazon on.
I'm trying to convince her she doesn't need to be held anymore while we are walking, standing in line, etc. She doesn't believe me.
She loves to read and is my first kid who loves to read the same books over and over.
She loves her dad and calls him her BFF.
The other day I was running a bunch of quick errands with her. The kind where there either aren't carts or you're just going to be in and out so fast there is no point getting a cart. Not only did she stay by me but she was an absolute joy to be with. I'm loving Victoria at this stage.
