i just found out that ALL of my secondary school handouts are gone!!!
@#$^%^#*#%^!@#$!!!!!
it includes seriously shen2 social studies and history notes. social studies you know! a subject which is badly represented in published assessment books and study guides.
plus, all my higher chinese model essays and notes omg.
and some english language handouts.
at least i actually kept my physics, e maths and a maths assessment work. and all of my textbooks (which i don't really use, apart from chinese, biology and history, and to a smaller extent the maths/other sciences).
can an rigep donate to me all his notes please? would also like the $50 physics textbook which we bought. thanks...

i have exactly four months to ord
i'm falling ill...
due credit must be given to my dear bunkmates whom, without fail, i have skirmishes against almost every night until 1am this week O_o
the skirmishes enagaged all five senses: seeing, hearing, tasting (ugh), smelling, touching.
my ultimate reward for losing the battles, every time, may be the right not to book in on sunday D: that is, i fall sick.
and now, why am i still awake?
gah. i'll get my hands on you two, one day! *waves a pillow mockingly*
n.b. to bunkmate: just kidding... but i AM falling ill.

simple maths. 'ord' level.
pretty. but fat.

now i need to find a budget shop where i can trade this for a psp slim.
in the midst of playing mega man x (i'm a sucker for old games), i forgot to drink water, shower, or exercise the whole day! my eyes are reeling from the overexposure to the screen.
ok, i need to take stock of how much time i have left in saf.
exactly 4 months and 5 days!
minus my leave (about 10) and off (should be about 10 by next batch) that's 20 days not in camp.
add the weekends? 4 (months) * 8 (weekend days per month) = 32.
20 + 32 = 52
52 freaking days of out-of-camp life!!!
that would be, like, 1 month 22 days?
4 months 5 days - 1 month 22 days = 2 months 13 days!
I ONLY HAVE:
2 working months before ORD!!!!
sweet...

wow
my dad just called to say he won himself a psp during his school's anniversary (sp eee 50th anniversary) dinner.
and he's giving the psp to me.
at first, i was like WOOHOO! but now, i think the psp will create some trouble.
my sleep time will be converted into play time if i bring the psp to camp. and then there's the anti-socialisation that comes with the psp, especially when some the people whom i talk with most in camp now don't own psps. and i don't really like to play the games the rest play (namely medal of honour).
lastly, my psp may be borrowed by others frequently! that's like, not something i'd like to think about, because who knows what will happen to the object of fascination? selfish as it sounds, i had enough of petty stealing - masked as indefinite borrowing - incidents.
heck, i think i'll play it, but i'll leave it at home :)
in other news, money is starting to roll in now ;) finally, i get what i've been looking for.

things i want to achieve in the near future:
- pass ippt D:
- immerse in active music making, and just as importantly, visual arts
- exercise more and pick up a sport (hopefully!)
- exploit the e-learning saf has so generously provided every nsf with (a waste not to spend that money)
- read up more
- find a good-paying and fun yet relevant job once i ord
- do volunteer work. it's a humbling experience that everyone ought to do routinely. keeps your conscience in check.
3 beautiful pieces of music
