Last night was fun! We went to a place called Coyote Bluff Cafe...not too bad. They were in the food network for their burgers. Afterwards, we went to the hotel. We went swimming, and th e boys had a great time! We got an early start at 6am, and now we are in New Mexico. The boys have been enjoying the more mountainous view.

Road Trip
Wow! I am actually pretty excited that it hasn't been a full year, since I last journaled. I hope I can do a little better. I've definitely missed a lot of opportunities to jot down memories. We are off to St. George on a road trip, and it was off to a great start, until I realized one of the boys' devices did not charge properly. Uggh. My bad!
The best part of the first part part of the drive was smelling the freshly cut grass of huge fields. It was wonderful! I love all of the cows and barns and open space!
The boys have been watching movies--Elmo, Blaze, Big Hero 6--their favorite. They have seen it at least a dozen times.
Hope they will watch it a few more times on the trip!
Had a small run in with the law, but fortunately he only gave us a speed warning. He also gave the boys junior trooper stickers, which they liked a lot.
Looks like it's time for our first stop--lunch.

Sweet Brothers

They are such good brothers to each other! I pray they will always have each others backs. No. Matter. What! More cute things come out of their mouths everyday. Andrew will say things like "Will you pick me up 'that's why I'm sick." instead of saying "because I am sick. Or, he will say he can't wat his dinner "that's why I am sick. I almost hate to correct him, because it's so cute! Sam has the best southern, drawn out accent. He says "A-yen-dreww is not shyay-yur-Ing" for Andrew is not sharing. John says that I should write that Will requests me all the time, if I am not around. He says, "I miss Mama." he always asks if I am going to go places, if I am not already in the car. Thank you, Will, for loving Mama so much! All my boys are so sweet and give me hugs when o really need it the most! That makes me so happy! John and I spend so many nights talking about how much we love our sweet boys! How did we get so lucky?! By the way, Grandma Leen has been in town and she has been so helpful! Today she helped take care of little sick Will..rubbed his back and held him! Later that day he said, "I love you, Leen!" Thought of one more thing. I had told the boys I would play after lunch. While I made them lunch, I heard them saying--"I will me Buzz Mama will be Woody, etc." it was so cute to hear them planning! Oh man, I surely do love you boys!

They say the cutest things...
Lately, they say the cutest things. I have mentioned how adorable their prayers are. I wish I would hit record one of these days. They also love to create their own words. They have some of he funniest names for their stuffed animals...names that you wouldn't find in a baby book...just totally made up words. I love it! Our favorite word right now is a Will word, which is "somepeered" or "dis-some-peered." If something goes missing it "somepeered" or "dis-some-peered." They also love to ask meanings of words. Most recently, they asked about "pay attention" and "now." These are words they probably hear frequently, at the moment. Love these boys! Of topic...the swimming is going great!

They say the sweetest things...
I need to start keeping better notes, but I love the sweet things they say. The boys are always so complimentary. They say all kinds of thinks like... I love your hair. I love your shirt. Your car is really cool. You are a princess. I want to marry you one day. They say all kinds of things. The other day, Andrew said, "mama, you are a sweetheart," and he gave me the sweetest smile. He knows just the right moment that I need to hear that. I am so grateful for all their precious words. I love their prayers! I couldn't be happier to be their mother. I am so lucky! I hope they will always be as happy as they have made me!
