reminiscence...

i'm bored. k. guess i'm gonna update bt flagday after all. =X

this time round, flagday was kind of a flop. lol. starting to get bored of it. oh well, it's for charity. plus we get cip hours as well. heh. met up with deena, ah ma, maizurah, nat, nav, weed, nut, dhivya, jerlyn and belly(uhh... is tt all??) at novena mrt. collected e bags and stickers and i left with nut for town. somehow, town seemed rather empty for a weekend. bah... maybe they were jus avoiding us. typical singaporeans.

whee. did i mention tt flagday's really gd exercise?? e both of us dropped at somerset 2 get our wimbledon tix 1st. haha. kiasu la... e movie was at 7.20 and it was only around 1+(eh. we were not e earliest.) then... we walked from cine, all e way 2 somewhr near e botanical gardens. yes!! walked... AND we turned around and yah... WALKED all e way 2 ps =) see... told u flagday was good exercise. well... some people were nice and donated like 10 bucks at one go, while others... jus snubbed us and walked away.

haha!! doin flagday with nut is damn funny. esp when she asks those damn tall caucasians. poor gal was so pissed with them for jus staring at e sky and ignoring her. hmmm, we didn't stay at ps for long. got kinda bored there. moved to northpoint to get donations. met nav, weed, ahma, dhivya, deena. lol. met some really interesting peeps here. haha. this time round, it's nut's day to meet weird pple. (eh... this doesn't mean tt ahma & weed's thesis abt e both of us is proven k!!)

firstly, there was this lady in red, who complained to nut abt her always donating a lot of $$ to pple doin flagday. then she asked nut to put the sticker on for her. she stuck e sticker onto tt lady's shoulder or front. haha can't rmb whr. e sticker was gonna drop off. the lady asked for another one... and this time, she asked nut to stick it on her front. but her top was erm... kinda heavy. oh well. nut was laughing hysterically after she left. lol.

secondly, we were at the underpass linking np to e mrt station. this guy came up to nut and complimented how red her cheeks were, how she looked like she was jap, AND how cute gals doing flagday were getting. this guy was probably in his late 20's, maybe early 30's. after that guy walked away, she dragged me outta there. and we were on our way back to novena. HAHA!! guess wad?? tt encounter with e indian guy didn't jus end there and then. HE POPPED OUTTA NOWHR ON E TRAIN. both of us didn't even notice whr he came from till he said "hi. remember me?" and people were staring la. haha!! at tt time, nut looked as if she was gonna cry anytime. Sooo CUTE. LOL. we were stuck with tt creep till novena la!! he asked a hell lot of questions abt us. how old we were, wad were our parents working as, wad sch were we from, whr our sch was, whether we wear specs, whether our parents were from different races, whr we lived, and A LOT MORE. when he asked whr we were dropping and we said novena. he was like "oh! i'm dropping at novena too!" haha. nut almost flipped and i almost fainted(exaggerating.) he was talking abt stuff like how rainbows were formed to stuff like chinese oldies. GOSH!! he started singing e song yue4 liang4 dai4 biao3 wo3 de4 xin1 in e train. pls bear in mind tt he's an indian man and he wasn't exactly singing softly. i really wanted to go hide under e mrt seat la!! but thankfully, our torment was going to end. after we reached novena, waited for tt fella to go off 1st before we went up.

met ah ma and weed back at novena. went to give the bags back and nut couldn't wait to get outta there. lol. weed left 1st, but ah ma and me wanted to walk around novena 1st. sooooo, poor nut was dragged along. haha. went to this fila shop. ahhhh!! i luv fila stuff!!! but i didn't get anything though. dropped by charles and keith. i like tt pair of slippers!! whee. i'm so gonna get them. haha.anws we left for town soon after cos nut really wanted to get outta novena and as far away frm tt guy as possible. went to sakae for dinner and all e tea bags there were screwed. e string wasn't even attached to the bags at all. wad to do... cheap service. oh well... went to print club to take neoprints with e both of them. lol. we used tt machine with a couch. lol cute!!! haha. ah ma looked damn cute as well!! haha this time everything turned out quite ok... no freaky hands and no blocked faces jus that "1 big nappy famiy". last min mistake. but still turned out quite nice la. even ah ma agreed!!

headed back to cine to get ah ma her ear studs. lol. convincing ah ma sure is one tough task. she kept asking wad about this and wad abt tt. haha!! even e shop aunty was bored. aiya. but ah ma's nice. =) wah. by then it was alr 7.20 and we haven't even bought e popcorn and stuff yet. so we rushed off leaving ah ma to get to somerset herself. sorry!! anw, no bloody bodyparts or bloody scenes this time. =X

we weren't really late la. they were still screening the ads. but the cinema was dark and we haven't taken a look at our row or seat no yet. this is hilarious. while i was holding e drinks, nut put the pop corn on e floor and check e seat no. row C seats 10&11. we happily went to take our seats. soon after e movie started. there were these group of women who came in late and they looked puzzled.
"excuse me, but i think those are our seats."
"uh wait let me check..."
nut takes her tic out.
"eh... it's correct. 10 &11"
e guy beside nut starts to take his tic out to check.
"uh yah. these are our seats"
guy one seat away from me gets up. says"oh sorry. think i've got the wrong row."
guy gets up and moves to e row behind.
(still the seats and people don't match)
nut takes another hard look at here tic while i start searching for mine.
when i finally got my tic out, nut nudges me and says "eh. think we're in the wrong row too. it's row E not C."
(the very embarrassed two of us got up and moved 2 rows INFRONT)

gosh!!! damn paiseh. i could actually feel my face turn red. and e movie alr started!! lol. but e movie was enjoyable la. very good acting.

after e movie, it was alr like 9.30. went one level up to use e toilet since tt level was quite empty. so were the lifts. this particular lift had no lights on. but there were alr people inside so we thot it was ok and got on it. once e doors closed... it was pitch BLACK. no lights, no nothing. then everybody was like quiet. then some one said "wad happened to the lights ah??"
nut who got a msg, took out her phone and her face was freaking scary!!! and the people behind were like "wad's tt blue light??" haha. from the 4th level to the 1st level, there wasn't any lights at all. once the doors opened, everybody rushed out. wah i really pity those people who jus came out from movies like the grudge or sth like tt. it was at night somemore. haha. this u must experience yourself. the feeling can't b described in words. lol.

must sth always happen everytime i go to cine???

whee. i still luv flag days. despite e weird people n incidents

jus reached home frm cine!!! lol. think i'll only tell u all e interesting stuff tt happened some other time. maybe tmr... maybe some other time. hee. watched wimbledon. great acting but storyline wise quite boring. nice lifts they got at cine 2!! nice black and dark lifts. haah. wanna know wad i mean?? till next time. haha. ohh well...

bahhh... damn those blasted results. haha. weird. i've got mixed feelings abt my results. on one hand, i'm glad tt i didn't flunk anything. on e other hand, i'm freakin pissed tt my L1R5 is like sky high. ohh well. 4 e info of those curious peeps who want 2 know how i fared... here goes nothing....

eng- A2 (was expecting an A1. but ohh well... it's still an A)
chi- C6 (i'm surprised tt i even passed)
emaths- C5 (this was totally unexpected. should've done so much better.)
amaths- C6 (can't believe tt i actually passed this as well)
chem- B4 (yays. here's sth tt i'm actually proud of. fyi: i've NEVER passed chem before. not even once before this.)
phy- B3 (happy tt i got a B3. but still... was expecting better. ohh well... at least i passed both sciences this time round. unlike mye... flunked both of 'em. )
geog- B3 (could've gotten an A1. IF i actually studied plate tectonics.)
ss/lit- C6 (very disappointing.)

overall... did much better than mid years. shitty. my overall gonna get pulled down by my SA1. arghhhh. wonder how i'm even gonna get <10 for o's. sighhs... ohh well... gotta mug during e nov & dec hols. got one pile of hol hmw 2 get myself out of.

mien mien, oh mien mien. somehow it seems tt she can't understand e meaning of a H-O-L-I-D-A-Y. thx SOOOOOOO much 4 screwing up my hols.

promotion day.everybody doesn't have to come to sch. BUT she insists on having hb pract. yayyy. and i'm supposed be happy. yah. i am. i really am. sheesh. LAST day of sch. ohh well... while people go towning i stay back and ring dumb bells k?? tt's very fun as well. hahahahahahahahaha. i'm really lmao. -rolls eyes- hol practs. 16, 20, 23, 27 DECEMBER. let's see how many people will turn up. outta all e sec3s... u wanna bet tt only 3 or 4 max will b present?? haha. cos i know i won't b. nice dates huh... if u're expecting any christmas presents... i'm glad to disappoint you. wad kinda dates are these???? 2 days before christmas and 2 days after christmas. can i kick u??? pls?? i'm like damn tempted 2 do so... i miss vong la. at least she asks if we're gonna b free on those pract dates and she only sets practs on e days tt we ALL find convenient. and she's so much better than u msq. i'd rather have practs in nov than hv it on all these stupid days. while people have fun with other sane people, i'll be having loadsa dates with my 'dear' bells. YAY.

wheee!! i'm officially 15!! in 1 yr's time i'll b able 2 -legally- watch nc16 movies. haha!! btw, i wanna thank all those whom i haven't or uh forgot 2 thank 4 their wishes, gifts, cards n etc. n esp those who stayed up till midnight 2 wish me. lol. thx 4 e effort!! =)

i'm suddenly soooo addicted 2 cycling. dun ask me why e sudden interest. hee. went 2 ecp 2 cycle with ah botch, weed, nut, ah ma & nakbart. so fun!!! can we go again??? this time erm... with more comfortable bikes.

aiyerr. i really ought 2 b shot. made tt stupid mistake again.
*853 only goes 2 ec on SUNDAYS & PUBLIC HOLS.
anws... cycling was gd. lol. now i'm damn red. sun burnnnnnnn. =/ y dun i ever get tanned?? always red or according 2 ah ma, pink, but never tan!!! boohoo. now my cheeks n nose are red. n my butt hurts. stupid bike seat was so hard. n e handle was like miles apart from e seat. should hv asked tt uncle 4 a swap. shall keep tt in mind.

stopped by e hawker centre 4 some time, everybody was eating dessert!! and i was e only one having some real food. i'm crazy over e hokkien prawn mee there!! so niceeeee. it's my 2nd time goin 2 tt store. yummy. juz thinking abt it makes me drool. haha. reminds me abt tt dumb campfire... bleh. ok. stop digressing!!

went 2 nut's after slacking at macs.whee. i like goin 2 e gym. haha. can't wait 4 e swimming & bbq.yays.
my to-do list 4 dis hol :
1. God.
2. study some sec4 stuff.
3. finish all my hol hmw by e end of nov.
4. work out till my weight drops AT LEAST to 38.(dun worry, i won't compromise on my appetite)
5. shop till my heart's content. XP
6. watch all e movies i wanna watch.
7. enjoy.
8. finish every single thing on this list.

woohoo!!! exams are OVER. finished. done. gone. yay!!! haha.

wheee... went 2 cine with a coupla 3z peeps 2day. n there were huge chunks of cedarians at every single turn. n met quite a few people there 2!!... as usual. white chicks was nice. damn, damn hilarious. it's even better than e bimbotic mean girls & cliched storyline cinderella story!! it's a real must, must, must, must, MUST, watch. a real gd stress reliever, esp after all e papers!!

ohh. speaking of which, i can predict tt i'll flunk both a maths & chi. but... who cares!! they're over. lalala.

k. back 2 e present... cine was real empty when we got there. butt & nut kept bumping into their friends there. lol. no wonder they had a phobia of goin 2 town. one very freaky incident happened at cine after we got outta e theatre.some guy(according 2 nut, was from her ever 'favourite' sch) got his foot stuck in e escalator. n there was his blood dripping everywhere. argh. i almost stepped on it by accident, coz i was 2 occupied staring at his foot. grossness!!! really pity him. how on earth did he get his foot stuck in e escalator??? gosh. couldn't stop thinking abt his foot even at taka!! urgh. i'll probably rmb him everytime i go 2 cine. aiyerrrr...
