* Don't mind this photo...we are staring directly into the sun and we look like raccoons. I only add it because I thought the mountains in the back looked cool.
Lacey and Jamison

My sister Lacey came to visit and we have been staying pretty busy. One of our outings was to the Bean Museum on BYU campus. The kids thought it was great. This is Madison, Jamison and Abby. We also walked around BYU campus. After all that walking...and carting kids around we went to the Creamery on 9Th. We thought we deserved a little treat. But, then again, I always feel I deserve a little treat!
Finally. Here are a few pics of our garden. It was doing pretty well for a while. Then, one day we went out there and some of the veggies were chewed down to the nubbins. It was a sad day. We lost 4 cucumber plants, squash and 2 tomatoes. We discovered that the culprit were a gang of snails from the upper east side. They hit us hard and came out of no where. We countered with some baskets, cans and egg shells sprinkled about. Every thing is starting to come back and we are seeing flowers on a lot of them. We can't wait until we can eat the fruits of our labor!
It all started the very first day of school. I was a loner who had just moved to the area. I had not a single friend. In fact, the only person I knew in the school was Cassidee and she had a different lunch period then me. So, I quickly made friends with one of the girls from my P.E. class, Julie. I felt like such a loser asking her if I could eat lunch with her. I was really glad I did because she introduced me to one of the coolest girls ever...Timbra. We became fast friends. We had so much in common and could talk and talk to each other. Not to mention the fact that we have the same sense of humor and love of the same things.
This is our Math teacher, Mr. Mitchell. He was seriously cool. Timbra and I had SO many adventures in that class. It looks like Timbra is giving the finger in this photo and I blurred it out. Really, I think she was moving and it is a crappy photo. Timbra and I had so much fun in that class that we both failed and had to take summer school.!( We blame: Peter, Tropicana Mike, The Daily D ( Adam), Chad and the Simpsta.)
This photo was taken the last week of school our senior year. We were at the local yogurt place in Cameron Park.
Now:
We just had our 9 year reunion today. Tim is still the same ol' lovable gal. We had the chance to go to her daughter's birthday party. We had a great time and I will post some of the photos in a later post. Here are some of our inside jokes which I am sure only Tim will understand:
Too Many to name. Tim, I hope you get a good laugh!

I am not sure why but Jamison loves putting on this one glove and snow hat. Even when I hide them in the bottom of his drawers, he still manages to find them. Here, he found Dad's shoes and my shopping bag. He just walks around then house like that singing random songs....WEIRDO!
Also, I am SOOOO excited for this. I love the X Files and I have seen every single episode. (Gotta love reruns) I loved the first movie and thought they did a good job of not ruining it. I think the second one is going to be even better. I know I am a nerd, but I can't wait!
On Saturday we got to go to the pool. We went with my friend Shanda and her two kids Solomon and Ivory. They are so cute and so sweet. We started off with a picnic lunch and got the kids nice and sweaty at the park. As we were heading to the pool Jay was running and tripped and pushed Solomon on the way down. Both kids got some war wounds but I think Sol got the raw end of the deal. ( Jay however did develop a big scabby knee...) I was hoping Jay would be a little better in the water, but such was not the case. He clung to me with a death grip screaming like a little girl. I thought maybe he might do better in a heated indoor pool, so Randy and I took him today. He did the same thing and shivered worse than before. I don't know what his deal is. He used to be fearless. He must have some how become traumatized. I plan to take him often so he will be ready for his swim lessons. Cross your fingers!
