Girls Camp 2015
I made this flag and I am proud of it!
Girls camp was amazing. I felt like I needed the spiritual boost as much as the girls did. They really taught me a lot about strength and compassion. I have felt the spirit in moments that I didn't expect. I have laughed and cried and laugh until I cried. The first day I was scattered and unrest-ed and worried. A few days in I was more calm and knew that the Lord loves his children and he knows what the girls need to hear. I feel lucky to have had so many in tune women a leaders with so many different talents. I felt honored to be surrounded by Heavenly Father's daughters. It was a privilege to serve with those who served unselfishly and willingly. I have learned so much about myself and facing my fears. I really missed my family a bunch and I think it was because I felt the spirit so much. When I feel the spirit all I want to do is be surrounded by my family.

Jensen is 6!
I somehow got my pics erased from this day but this is our little juice box on her birthday. Her birthday was the day after I got back from camp and I was not up for doing anything. But, she said she really wanted to go to the pool so that is what we did. Then we went and got an ice cream cone from Macey's. Aunt Cass came down for the day. We went and got her and Cort some new scooters with the bday money they got. We also decorated the house and made fun signs. I love this little girl so much and can't believe how big she is. She, more than anything wants to be the baby and we are slowly teaching her the getting bigger is cool and that she gets to do things that Cort can't quite do yet. She is smart and talented and silly and loving.
Cort is 4!
This little handsome turned 4 on June 1st. We had a pretty low key day. He requested that we go to the pool as a family. Then he wanted chocolate cupcakes with strawberry icing. He thought it was the best day ever. It was really great to just spend time as a family.
Cort is so old and really good at asking lots of questions. He loves trains and cars and is currently sporting his "Minga" jammies to bed every night without fail. (Ninja turtle.) He keeps us laughing everyday and loves to be silly. He is looking forward to another year of preschool and loes to ride his bike and scooter when ever possible.
May-June Randomness
Jamisons last history report at school. He did an awesome job on his 9/11 report and he got to use real pics I took on my trip to New York.
Dinner with the cousins and their class pet bird.
Drum session at the Carpenters. This was awesome. We rotated all the instruments and has a major jam.
Gram talking on her cell with it on speaker phone right up to her ear. She is my twin and I love her. We had so many good laughs when she came to visit this last time. She had me crying with laughter twice!
My friend had a national Pizza Hut commercial shot at her house about a month ago and the director called her back and asked if she had any friends in the area who would be willing to shoot a web commercial for a different project. So I did it. (Really cause it paid $40 an hour) I was super nervous and thought I did a pretty awful job. But, 2 weeks later they called me back and said they wanted me to come back and get some close up shots and more work more with the product. (They only called back 2 out of like 30 people.) The second time was way easier and less nerve racking and probably the easiest money I have ever made. The product is called M Disc and its pretty amazing.
When I was at camp Randy did a lot of cool tings with the kids including sleeping in the tent in the back yard.
Jay has been doing soccer camp non stop so the kids have had to keep themselves pretty entertained.
My crazy cub scouts. They are 8 and crazy but they are mine! We took them on a hike up Battlecreek.
Me and Cathy
Jamison got his Arrow of Light. He ha worked hard and has had amazing leaders. I can't believe he is almost done with cubscouts!
Jay Soccer
Jay had great season this year. He played on an amazing team with Mark Davis as his coach. The team played up an age level and they still were undefeated. This year they will switch to challenger AA soccer also playing up a level. I know they will do great and learn a lot. I have signed on to be the team manager so it should be interesting. We LOVE watching him play.
