I'm officially 23 today. My birthday was a good one this year. I went to chadstone for window shopping with a friend and my sister. Apart from that, we had korean food and ice chocolate mocha at koko black. Dinner at crown. My birthday wishes? Graduate this year and get a good job. Healthy,get myself a bf and the lists go on.. Hope God directs my way. Here, hope my 23 would be a fantastic year~ =D

Is God implying I should make up and get myself a bf?

A man went to a barbershop to have his hair cut and his beard trimmed.
As the barber began to work, they began to have a good conversation.
They talked about so many things and various subjects.
When they eventually touched on the subject of God, the barber said:
"I don't believe that God exists."

"Why do you say that?" asked the customer. "Well, you just have to go out in the street to realize that God doesn't exist.
Tell me, if God exists, would there be so many sick people?
Would there be abandoned children?

If God existed, there would be neither suffering nor pain.
I can't imagine a loving God who would allow all of these things."
The customer thought for a moment, but didn't respond because he didn't want to start an argument.
The barber finished his job and the customer left the shop.

Just after he left the barbershop, he saw a man in the street with long, stringy, dirty hair and an untrimmed beard.
He looked dirty and unkempt. The customer turned back and entered the barber shop again and he said to the barber:
"You know what? Barbers do not exist."
"How can you say that?" asked the surprised barber.
"I am here, and I am a barber. And I just worked on you!" "No!" the customer exclaimed. "Barbers don't exist because
if they did, there would be no people with dirty long hair and untrimmed beards, like that man outside."

"Ah, but barbers DO exist! That's what happens when people do not come to me."
"Exactly!" affirmed the customer. "That's the point! God, too, DOES exist!
That's what happens when people do not go to Him and don't look to Him for help.
That's why there's so much pain and suffering in the world."

God allows suffering? Does it means that if those who doesn't come to Jesus will suffer?

God really helps me when I'm in trouble and depression. Thank you, God..

One more...just one more step to success..Be patient.Good thing goes to whom who wait. God is in control.

God knows your pain. He knows your doubts and fears. He knows that you have difficulties and that you even question Him.

God will comfort us in our grief, sorrow, and disappointments. He will reveal Himself to us and show us mercy ( Matthew 5:4,6 ).

Some experiences in your life may make you hesitant to reach out to the Lord for help. But, if you trust God with your pain, He can begin to show you that you have purpose and significance. You were created for a higher purpose, which is to worship your Creator and to find your hope and strength in Him.

Waiting for exams results is unbearable especially when it's the final semester. I must make sure that I pass everything and graduate. Dear God, please guide me through.. Please let me graduate. The subject that I don't have confidence is debt market. I have confidence on auditing and tax law though I can't finish tax law paper.
