Self Motivation

Nothing great ever came easy.  If you are going to do something that matters to you, that's worth talking about it.  It is going to hurt and you ARE going to want to quit at times. Quitting cannot be an option. People will tell you, you can't do it .  Give up.

The difference between you and them the difference between winning and losing, success and failure boils down to your WILL POWER.  How bad do you want it and are you willing to pay the price!  It is that simple!

Will power is just like anything else, you have to work at it.  You have to push yourself to your limits and then push even more if you are going to get any better. Muhammad Ali was once asked how many sit ups he did a day.  His response was something to the effect "I don't know, I only start counting once it hurts because those are the only ones that matter."

It's hard to push yourself everyday, so find something that motivates you each day, watch it, read it, or listen to it, and then attack your goals and make you dreams a reality!

Here is what I listened to today when I was getting ready for the day.
