Happy 34th Birthday Mr. Wright
Colin is an amazing man! Great dad, great husband, happy person, and fun to tease!
Mini van birthday cake...he used to be cool.
New Years Resolutions
If anyone knows my hubby at all, they know that he is a goal setter.
Every year he spends November searching his soul for what he needs to improve on. It is an incredible talent that I am glad he has forced upon me. The growth that one can experience when Colin is the goal driving force is amazing.
He has taught me that every goal has to be measurable and attainable. So every year we set lots of goals, but they are small and reachable.
I have to say that EVERY year when he presents me with his lamented goal sheet, I giggle just a bit. But every year he meets those goals. He is extremely driven, thus all the success he has had in his life. (Getting me to be his wife was his best and most difficult goal to date.)
This year he wanted to eat more healthy. We spent a weekend with my mom, who gave us some great ideas. We went to Whole foods, and loaded up. We were set. He was going to do it!
This is the text picture I received the very next day at 2 pm. Its a HOT FUDGE SHAKE for dairy queen!! Even highly effective people can't reach all their goals!
I love you Colin! I love that you know every good bakery in Utah! I love that you want my cookies for breakfast. I love that you stand in front of the mirror each night with out your shirt and promise to quit treats tomorrow! I love that you don't hide this addiction, and that you honestly believe you will over come it someday. It is the sweetest part of you! Don't change...
New Years 2013
This year we rang in the new year in Park City! Colin's parents were so generous and they let us take the Reese's up to stay at their house. We had so much fun! I didn't take enough pictures, but we did a lot of fun stuff!
We started off the weekend at Park City resort ice skating. The kids loved that! It was bitter cold, but they don't seem to notice that.
After that we headed to the outlets. Vacationing with Colin H. Wright will ALWAYS include shopping! We all enjoyed the awesome deals that they had up there! FUN!!
We did a lot of hanging around, getting in the hot tub, movie's, and playing in the snow.
One night my sweet parents sent all the adults kids to a movie. We went to Les Miserable's! It was so fun, and I really enjoy hanging out with my siblings.
We hit Gorgoza for some tubing! SO MUCH FUN!
Jack and Ruth
(Once we got there Hank and George took off and I never saw them again!)
Ruby and Jack
Colin got this new cookie recipe from his friend, Ruth, so I tried them out.
They are beautiful and AMAZING!
What a wonderful start to an amazing new year filled with children, growth, and Jesus Christ!

Christmas Break 2012
Some of the HIGHLIGHT'S of our break:
Ruth and Ellie drinking herbal tea...Ellie is not a fan.
We got the chance to do 12 days of Christmas for this great man in our ward. For the 12th day we promised a night out at dinner. He brought his sweetheart, and chose the venue (olive garden). We had so much fun!
Arial visited and danced for us:)
I nailed my head and splint it open. Way to go Genius!
I went on a hot date with this handsome fellow!
We played and got Roxberry!
Rose found my stash of Dum-Dum's
Got a new bread recipe!
Kissed this girl
Tried on some shades and Claire's
Colored our tub water purple!
CHRISTMAS
This is because we woke up this year at 5:00 am! So fun to have little kids that can't wait to see what Santa brought them.
Ruth got a sewing machine and by Christmas night she had a quilt!
Playing in the snow is always so much work...for me!!
Hank got an ipad mini, and this is the picture he took of himself
Ruth got an ipod touch, this is her picture.
Ruby is simple and she likes olives
George got a kindle fire...funny boys
Morning mania
Ruby got an American Girl doll. I love those dolls!
Christmas is always so great! I love the excitement and magic that is in the air. I love time spent with family, and time focused on Christ. I enjoy lots of yummy treats, and New Year's resolutions to stop eating those treats. I hope that the magic will always remain, there is nothing quite like it.
Nutcracker Christmas Eve
Every year we go to Ballet West's nutcracker on Christmas Eve. It is my FAVORITE tradition.
This year my heart was sad that Ruth was not dancing...maybe next year.
EVERY time is hear that music I am transported back to when I was young and waiting behind the curtains for my turn to dance. Music seems to have that affect on me. What wonderful memories I will always have.
Annual John Party
The Sunday before Christmas we head to Logan for the "Annual John Party"
This is my mom's side of the family. It is fun, some years this is the only time we get to see our family.
Christmas dresses.
Ash and I indulged and got ourselves some dresses this year.
Sushi Monster
For Christmas my Grandma J gave us some money. We decided to take the kids to get Sushi.
It was a fun night out. Ruby got a hold of the camera and recorded our memorable night:)
Say cheese
Rose watching Ipad so we can make it through dinner. (Loving 1 year olds!)
This is the best part, I don't know if Colin realized she was doing this or not, but PRICELESS!
My main Men!
