1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ginger
Mix all together and pour on 6 medium chicken breasts. Bake at 350*F for 60 min. (30 if meat is thawed)

Pepperoni Pasta
Pepperoni Pasta
1 lb or 16 oz Noodles
2 cups Whipping Cream
1 can Tomato Soup
2 Tbsp Garlic
2 tsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Basil
1 tsp Mexican Seasoning
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
15-20 Pepperoni slices
NOODLES: Boil water and pour in noodles. Add salt to boil faster. Cook as specified on box. Strain noodles and place in 9x13 pan.
SAUCE: Mix all together in
pot. Slice pepperoni and add into sauce. Cook on medium heat until noodles are ready.
Pour sauce over noodles in
9x13 pan. Heat in oven for 5-10 minutes
at 350*F. Let stand for 2-3
minutes. Indulge!
*Mexican seasoning=
replace with ½ tsp onion, ¼ tsp garlic, ¼ tsp chili pepper
*Lemon Juice= lime
juice. Either or.

Stuffed Rolls
Stuffed Rolls
(aka-
Italian Sandwiches)
(Makes 20
rolls)
20 French Rolls Parmesan
Cheese
1 lb Hamburger meat Garlic
Powder
1/3 cup Onion (dried onion) Melted Butter
2 cups Cheese, grated
15 oz Tomato Sauce
15 oz Olives, chopped
7 oz Green Chili’s
Salt and pepper
Preheat
oven to 350*F. Cook hamburger meat until
brown. Drain grease. Mix in onions, cheese, tomato sauce, olives,
chili’s, salt and pepper. Keep
warm. Cut into roll at one end and pull
out inside; place on separate pan. Stuff
mix into roll and wrap in aluminum foil; place on cookie sheet. Cook for 15 minutes; let stand 2
minutes. Spread butter on roll insides
(crumbles) and sprinkle on Parmesan Cheese and Garlic powder. Broil for 2 minutes.

(Makes 16in pizza)
Crust:
2 ¼ tsp Yeast
1 cup Warm
water
1 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Oil
2 ½ cups Flour
10 shakes Salt
10 shakes Parmesan
Cheese
Dissolve yeast in water and sugar. Knead for 3-4 min (add more flour if too
sticky). Let rise 10 min.
Sauce:
1 can (12
oz) Tomato Sauce
½ can Water
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
½ tsp Garlic
Powder
¾ tsp Soy Sauce
½ tsp Oregano
½ tsp Basil
(leaves)
½ tsp Onion
Powder
7-8 seeds Red Pepper
3 shakes Salt
3 shakes Pepper
Stir ALL together and heat over medium. When it starts to simmer, turn to low.
*Note: long simmering time = better blend of
seasonings

(Serves 5)
12 oz Noodles
1 can Cream of chicken soup
¼ cup Milk
½ tsp Garlic powder
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 cup Grated cheese
Salt and
pepper
1 tsp Lemon pepper
½ cup Sour cream
Boil noodles. Mix and
heat soup, milk, garlic, cheeses, and spices in pan. Drain noodles. Add sour cream to sauce, mix into noodles.

(Makes 6
dozen cookies)
1 cup Butter
(softened)
¾ cup Sugar
¾ cup Brown
Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
extract
2 Eggs
2 ¼ cup Flour
1 tsp Baking
Soda
½ tsp Salt
2 cups Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 375*F. Mix butter, brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla
together until light and fluffy. Add
eggs; beat in well. In separate bowl,
mix flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually
add to mixing bowl. Stir in desired
amount of chocolate chips (2 cups advised).
Bake 8-10 min.

Dad’s Famous
Chicken Enchilada’s
(Makes 10-12
servings)
¾ cup or 6 oz Sour Cream
10-12 Tortillas
(6 in)
Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Stuffing:
12 oz Chicken pieces
½ can Olives (chopped)
1 sm can Green
chili’s (chopped) (6 oz)
½ can Cream of Chicken soup
½ tsp Chili powder
½ tsp Cumin
1 tsp *Grizzly
Tequila Lime seasoning
Preheat oven to 350*F. Mix ingredients inside pan and warm on
low. Heat/cook tortillas and spoon in
mixture with some cheese. Roll up tortilla
into pan. Spread sour cream on top of
rolled tortillas and cover with cheese.
Bake for 10 min.
Serve with guacamole, sour
cream, salsa, taco sauce, etc.
*substitute Grizzly
Tequila Lime seasoning for:
1/3 tsp garlic
1/3 tsp onion
powder
1/3 tsp salt
