Been awhile...
As the title leads you to believe, its been awhile since I've posted anything. Not much has been going on, well anything interesting at least. I went to all 3 hours of church on the 30th! It'd been about a month since I attended everything since March was absolutely INSANE with traveling and all. I really do love going to a singles branch. Fall semester ends this week so more people will start coming this weekend which will be good, our numbers are pretty low.
I'm all sorts of confused. I love being in Shelley with my friends family and branch. I'm content I guess... but I've been feeling like I need to mix things up a bit. I'm not super happy at either of my jobs and I feel myself falling back into my old habits and not progressing any. Many of you are thinking, well, go back to BYUI. I loved BYU-Idaho, but being away for a little bit I've realized that it wasnt for me. I'm such a strong-independant person that the lifestyle of those up there dont suit me. Not that I broke the rules or do anything wrong, but I never felt like I really belonged there.
General Conference was amazing. I admit, I've never been such a huge fan of President Monson. I always preferred Faust and of course Hinckley. But this conference affirmed that he is the Prophet of our Heavenly Father. I was blownpaway. I really enjoyed Sister Tanners talk on being delighted. Okay, I cried. She was my General President when I was in Young Womens and always looked up to her.
