Jonathan Di Pierro
Owner
Jonathan loves burpees (yes, really) and has a strong dislike for thrusters. When he’s not coaching or training, you’ll usually find him hitting a sauna session. Fun fact: he makes a mean slow-cooked, smoked brisket.
Dominique Milot
Coach
I started CrossFit back in 2010 and quickly fell in love. I competed two years on a team and one year individual where I placed 5th overall in all of Latin America. These days my fitness is geared much more towards health and longevity.
Connie Di Pierro
Coach
Connie’s favourite movements are squat cleans and power cleans. Outside the gym, she enjoys getting outdoors for a walk. Something that might surprise you: she lived and worked in Milan for seven years-and worked entirely in Italian.
Christian Rapley
Coach
Christian’s favourite movement is easily the snatch-the heavier, the better. When he’s not coaching or training, he loves to travel and explore new places. Surprisingly to some, he thrives on long, cardio-heavy workouts; 40-minute AMRAPs are absolutely his jam.
Tania Fortier
Coach
Tania’s favourite movements are handstand push-ups and cleans. Outside the gym, she enjoys reading, long walks, hiking, and skiing. Fun fact: she’s also a bartender and loves working weddings.
DJ Lehto
Coach
DJ’s favourite movement is rope climbs. When he’s not in the gym, he enjoys hiking, skiing, and being a dad. Something that often surprises people: once he prioritized his health, he successfully lost 100 pounds.
Jonah Petric
Coach
Jonah’s favourite movements include the snatch, rowing, and biking. Outside the gym, he enjoys spending time with his family-hiking, biking, and camping whenever he can. A fun throwback fact: as a kid, he collected pins from nearly every place his family visited on vacation.
Katrina Ross
Coach
Katrina loves all squats-back squats, front squats, Cossack squats, even pistols. She doesn’t really have a least favourite movement, just ones she’s still working on improving. When she’s not coaching or training, she’s usually tending to her plants or knee-deep in a project she probably didn’t need to start. Fun fact: she has three full siblings who are all about a decade older than her, and they’re still very close.
Mylaine Doré
Coach
Mylaine’s favourite movements are handstand walks and power cleans. Outside the gym, she loves spending time with her family. Something that surprises many people: she travelled across the country for years performing trampoline shows at busker festivals.
Rachael Harvey
Coach
Rachael’s favourite CrossFit movements are pull-ups and dumbbell snatches. When she’s not working out, she enjoys playing squash or tennis, gaming, or doing something creative. Fun fact: she has a brown belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and used to hold a bus driver’s licence.
Rob Keuleman
Coach
Rob’s favourite exercises include running, rowing, and unilateral movements-especially dumbbell snatches and walking lunges. His least favourites? Double-unders, the Echo bike, and burpees over the bar. Outside the gym, he spends a lot of time with his dog, Ciri, exploring new places, reading, gaming, learning, sipping coffee, and hanging out with family and friends. A surprising detail: he has a serious sweet tooth and absolutely loves carbs.
