“An attack on Pakistan is an attack on China.” Either China’s using this as yet another way to test Obama’s strength (cue saber rattling) or they are really eager about supplanting the US as the world’s next super power.

Obama seeks broader power to combat terrorism
I’m personally nervous about the government expanding powers, as they very rarely (if ever) give them up. Despite my objections, I have a feeling that the GOP will give it to Obama based upon war hawk feelings while the Dems will grant him the rights due to Barack being the party leader. 🙁
