So tomorrow is d-day!! Another battle onto my CFA journey. As much as I want this so much, don't think I have the ability to make it......as yet. Maybe a few years down the track when I accumulate more practical industry experience in the equities and exchange market??! But then again, what is ahead of me???
6 hours of exam to go tomorrow, its gonna be a super duper long day. By the end of it I will be so drained up and souless!! What-a-torture!!! At least after this then I am quitting suchlifestyle. Time to reset and put myself on track again. I know deep down there are tiny mini chances that I might be able to get through. Since I am ready for the worse, just prepare for the best that I can at least I leave no regret at the end of the day!!!!

Engaged! I thought I have to do this.
So I picked up this blog after so long to note this down. All of a sudden 24 April 2010 isnt any ordinary Saturday night no more. PJ proposed and I said yes, so even though we were consiered de-facto spouse relationship previously but now he made everything formalised. Thanks to my man, I love the arrangements it was such a great surprise and I really appreciate your effort to create this wonderful memorable event for the rest of my life.Some pixxies for the night...the remainders were taken with the girls' camera.
So I walked out of the door thinking we were getting pick up by a friend to head to the bar for a usual Saturday night catch up. And there was shocked by 6 of our good mates standing outside all dressed up glamorous, red carpet, spotted this Aussie guy standing behind next to a white limousine parked right outside our house. Then the man kneel down presented the R box and popped the question "Will you marry me? I promise to take care of you for the rest of my life" Of course in Mandarin, and repeated the same phrase twice probably because I didnt response to the first one. LOL. I was shocked, heart beat was triple the pump and blood flow races up to the face. Until I realised what had happened, there were some tears rolling up in the eyes and he was smart to make this ararngement, cuz what was I suppose to say in front of everyone? lol. There was no turning back since :)So this man that I met 6 years ago, today I am willing to give my heart to and chosen to spend the rest of my life with, he is my fiance now and till then, hoping to end our stories by living happily ever after :)

First time purchase on asos.com Their models are all hotties on the website, but as you can see I am quite obsessed with brunette XD
I found their prices very reasonable even more on sale, hopefully the quality and sizing is fit too? Better be!
PS Update on the house: We are now on lock up stage, and before you know its ready to move in in another 5-6 weeks time?? Fingers crossed!!!

My past few weeks have been on a routine, but crazily ones.
Monday - Friday
Super busy at work with lots of work to complete, lots of changes to come but not one that i favor, lots of meetings to do and lots of seminar sessions to attend. Unlike those times when I can easily cruising over the 8 hours daily. And with the recent structure changes at work and new situations that I got in, really unfavorable and not looking forward to it. Come back home around 6pm and after all the slacking etc I had to force myself to open up my study materials for the night (MOST of the times ended up in front of the internet, like now!) Bah!! What can I do too many things to tick off my lists I dont know which one to start with. :( :( not a pleasant time...
Weekends
Sat /Sunday are best to sleep in the most looking forward things to do! and then start the day by driving to check out our houses, visiting shops to get quotes on things we plan to get once the house is complete...drive around the new neighbourhood and see more things around the new area. This particular Saturday I hit the shops by myself checking out some curtains, and the man went to the site did all the hard work. He had to dig a 6meter long hole and place the long storm water pipe before builder starts paving our driveway on top. So that in later days we still can have water access for front garden from the other side. Lots of hardwork according to him, I can imagine that. Why do we even have to consider about landscaping when the house is not fully ready yet?!
When the night comes it would either be dining out for a good meal or cooking session at home. Then the drinking session starts by trying out new pubs /bars around town. Saturdays at Raffles or Minq or The Windsor in South Perth. Last Friday was a good one, after work checked out this new place underground bar in the city called "1907" Queen St, not too bad other than its all fully enclosed and yeah, underground, I prefer some fresh air. After dinner we continued to Monkey Brass in Northbridge for Wine Session, didn't know the upstairs had such nice ambience..those guys got exciting over a few rounds and one of them accidentally spilt half of reds over my laps and jacket :S So I got stinky legs for the whole night. Great.
Sunday would be another boring day, sometimes to spice up with big breakie at cafes or economic version at home, then (again!!) drive to the house wandering around. The day usually ends up with all the boring house chore cleaning ups, laundrys, and ironing time in front of the TV with 2 of my favourite reality shows at the moment - HomeMade Renovation show & Master Chef (sounded so aunty me!)
So.... all up summarise what my recent life is about, and where do I find extra time for study?? Not to mention I'm going away on a girls shopping trip in 4 days time yipeeeeee Great SIngapore Sales, Malaysia & Hong Kong here I come!

Last night went to the aunty's place for dinner. Maddie was playing with my camera so I thought her how to function it properly. From there onwards the whole night she was our photographer until the battery went off, we have more than 60 photos of everyone and lots of random photos. I get to see the world from the eyes of a 4y/o-to-be.

So the man came back on last Friday evening. Scared me by telling how he was on the same plane at Amsterdam with this person that apparently hung a key chain on his bagpack with "Mexico Airlines" written on it. Everytime he coughs would freaks everyone surrounding, Of course!! Why is he allowed on the plane from very beginning, and what is his intention of hanging a key chain exposing such sensitive issues to the public! swine flu alert maxed! *******
Went to check out our building progress first thing next morning. He was excited because when he last seen it was only a piece of slab on the ground, now brickworks are completed we got all the walls up.....until we found out a huge mistake at the laundry's storage room - No door! Why on earth did we forget to put a door on the plan??! Quickly liased with the site supervisor, but as it would be, no changes are allowed after we signed the final plan, which was way back in January :( From an easy mouth of "oh I want to add a door" coming to all these dramas of regretting but too late yada yada... still a big headache at the moment on how should we solve the problem, or we just have to live with a walk-in-storage without door, we are just dump!
After a bit of dramas here and there within the 4 days *poof* he's gone again. People often ask me how I spent my days when he's away. I'm getting used to it now. Most importantly... I have some private time of my own which I am quite enjoying it. Despite the fact I am so running out of time to do everything. Esp the studies part which are lack of motivations at all. Too many things running around my head at the moment, I think I am stressed to another level. And lost at some point, I am in a place of platoe at the moment.

Randoms over the Anzac Day Long Weekend
Over the Anzac long weekend the 3 girls went on a day trip by themselves. I am the driver this time to head down our destination - Penguin Island in Rockingham, 1 hour away from Perth. Sometimes is just good to get away from the routine eventho its not too far.
Very seldom I will have candid shot of myself because most of the time I'm the one who holds the camera. Enjoy photos below taken from kimmy's camera.
Ended the trip earlier than expected due to clumsy me accidentally took all the gate remote controls out with me, hence locked the 2 brothers at home not able to get out lol. Had to return the remotes to them asap hence back to Perth earlier. Went to scarborough beach instead and spent the late afternoon there. Wind was too strong and cold to go to the beach nowadays, wish we had gone more often over summer time!
