How to Order?

Step 1: Browse through our items.

Step 2: See something you like? Email us your order with the following to [email protected]:

Step 3: Wait for our reply via email on payment method, and Maybank bank account number will be provided accordingly.

Step 4: Make payment (internet banking/cash transfer/bank transfer/cheque deposit/cash deposit) to the Maybank bank account provided for order confirmation within 24 hours.

Step 5: Please send us a notification email to [email protected] with your payment proof after payment is done. Then, we will process your order immediately after the payment is confirmed cleared by our Maybank.

Step 6: Now you can wait for the items you have ordered to reach your doorstep.

Terms and Conditions

- Pre-Order is an order placed for an item which will only be released 15-20 days later after the due date of the Pre-Order.

- Do not order if you not willing to wait for such a long period of time.

- Exact availability of the Pre-Order items can only be confirmed after the order is submitted to the supplier as the availability of stock subject to change without notice.

- Ready Stock items will be released within 3 working days time upon payment made.

- Please note that the shipping cost is to be borned by buyer.

- Full payment must be made in full (including the shipping cost) within 48 hours after you submitted your order. Else your order will be cancelled automatically.

- Please send us send us a notification email to [email protected] with your payment proof after payment made.

- Payment made will be refunded in full in case the said item ordered out-of-stock.

- We are not held responsible for any damages or lost of items during shipping.

- Sold items are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable.

- Please note that there may be slight difference in colour and measurement, however, all items are acceptable in term of colour, measurement and quality if you are not a high demand customer.
