Empowering Collaboration on Devpost

Inspiration

Many participants go the entire span of the hackathon whilst looking for teammates but never finding them. Its hard striking a conversation with a stranger and convincing them to join your team. This causes the number of people hacking solo or looking for teammates to be significantly more than those in teams. As a frequent hackathon participant, I've experienced firsthand the difficulties of forming teams and finding the right collaborators. It can be frustrating and time-consuming, and sometimes it leads to solo hacking.

Introducing DevMatch:

A tool that matches teammates based on skills and interests. This would ideally be a discord bot that uses the skills and interests of participants to match like-minded individuals into teams.

I believe that DevMatch has the potential to change the way we approach hackathons and create a new era of collaboration. It's an innovative solution that connects like-minded individuals and unleashes their full potential. I'm excited to see how DevMatch will empower participants to create amazing projects and bring their ideas to life.
