Inspiration

Simple platformer games, which we decided to try and put a spin on by allowing the user to influence the environment around them using simple shapes.

What it does

A platformer that allows the user to pick and drop a limited number of 4 different shapes into the level to get past obstacles. At the end of each level is an arrow sign, which the player must touch to go to the next level.

How we built it

We built this using react, and the matter.js physics library

Challenges we ran into

Merge issues, collision problems, difficulties understanding how to use the physics library

Successfully making a web platformer with zero web development experience

More levels, better UI, more usage of the physics library
