Inspiration

The job market today is more competitive than ever. Landing an interview often comes down to how well your resume aligns with the specific job description. But tailoring a resume for each opportunity is tedious, time-consuming, and mentally draining. We wanted to make this process fast, smart, and effortless.

What it does

Job Application Copilot is an AI assistant that finds relevant job opportunities based on your professional background and automatically generates fully customized resumes for each role. It uses your detailed experience to match the right jobs, tailor your story to what hiring managers are looking for, and give you the best shot at landing interviews.

How we built it

We built the project using Airia to orchestrate a workflow of specialized AI agents: • A Resume Parser Agent ingests a log experience document from Google Drive (10-page). • A Keyword Extractor Agent identifies key skills and achievements. • A Job Search Agent queries LinkedIn job postings via Apify MCP server • A Resume Tailoring Agent generates customized resumes for each opportunity. • A Human Review Step allows users to tweak and finalize applications before submission.

This combination of AI and human-in-the-loop ensures speed, accuracy, and personalization — turning a painful process into a smooth experience.
