Pretty Planet - Game for Sustainability
- Create a game or app that motivates users to engage in sustainable practices such as recycling, reducing energy consumption, or participating in local clean-up efforts.
General understanding:
- An interactive word-based game where the user can make choices that lead to other branches/questions/rewards
- Map-based/leads to a certain area where cleanups can happen
- User receives an award after task completion
- Users who recycled/used a reusable water bottle, etc. receive points
- Certain number of rewards gives a prize based on sponsorships
- Online and offline parts: online for general players, more dedicated players can participate in actual in-person clean-ups that are worth more points.
Game ideas:
- If loading time is needed, a loading screen with some kind of sustainability fact will appear.
Use keystroke method (no graphics/clicking) for now; would later implement proper graphics and clicking.

- Background: your planet is currently facing extinction. Bad weather, animals dying, etc. Start your path to make your planet pretty (or worse)!
- Good deeds or bad behavior (count/log it)

Starts off trash (apocalyptic world) and then gets better throughout the task completion
- If the person keeps making bad mistakes then it would get worse (eventually terminate/explodes (GAME OVER,
UGLY PLANET)

Person will succeed if percentage goal at 90% or higher than planet is pretty and a message appears to make it happen in real world
