Kiro allows developers to build quickly, but tracking tasks and bugs outside of the tasks.md list can be difficult to track. Worklamp offers the ability to track tasks and bugs.

Inspiration

Worklamp.com was inspired by Kiro and using AI agents to build full-stack applications. I was constantly taking notes and creating task lists on small pieces of paper and realized I needed a better way to track everything.

What it does

Worklamp.com allows developers to create projects, set milestones (optional), track tasks / bugs / feature requests, and also upload the Kiro requirements, design, and tasks to automatically build the project on Worklamp.com and to better keep track of project tasks and fixes. The one feature that I believe is the most valuable is integrating your Google AI API key into your profile and using the bot to help find solutions to bugs, better prompt tasks, or assist with generating a design for feature requests. All of these suggestions are done using the Kiro spec docs and are customized to the project you are working on.

How we built it

I used Kiro 100% to build this project. No manual coding was done.

No major challenges outside of some small AI loops issues.

I am proud that I finally integrated AI into a project!

What we learned

So much. Every time I build a project with Kiro I learn new things. Integrating AI into the application was the greatest thing I learned this time.
