How we built it
Built with AI assisted development, TalentScan is a modern HR tool built with:
- Forge for the UI kit
- OpenAI API for resume analysis and questions
- development integrated thru Atlassian MCP server
Challenges we ran into
One of our biggest challenges was keeping TalentScan tiny and elegant, user friendly while solving a problem that normally requires different tools.Parameter based resume review sound simple, but building a system that updates cleanly, instantly, requires planning. We also struggled with formatting HR professionals understand .
