A few things to know:

Passkeys created prior to December 22, 2025 will not work with Neatnik ID because passkeys are domain-specific. Toss your old ones and make new ones for Neatnik ID!
If this is your first time using Neatnik ID, you’ll need to use your account email address to sign in (not your omg.lol email or address). If you forgot what that is, get in touch and we’ll help you out.
Emails related to your sign-in will be sent from [email protected]. If you experience any issues signing in, please let us know.

We’ve upgraded our sign-in process. Again, lol.

We’re no longer using the lovely but now discontinued Passage service, and we’ve just switched to our very own home-grown thing: Neatnik ID!

Neatnik ID is very very nice. Instead of only having email or passkey logins, you can also set up a good old-fashioned password or even one of those two-factor authentication code thingies. You can enable or disable as many layers of authentication as you’d like. You’re gonna love it!
