This might have been our first official Summer activity this year. It also might have been the first and last real hot day we had this summer. Harrison loved touching all of the different trucks and vehicles. Henry did not.

There was no line on the passenger side of the police car!!! Smart.

Fun in the Backyard

Zoo

These pictures are from our zoo trip at the beginning of the summer. The boys did great and had a nice time. I made little zoo passports with stickers for them the night before. This was at the beginning of my summer off with the boys when I had a lot more energy and intention of making this the "best summer EVER".

The summer has actually turned out to be one of the best summers ever. Even without crafting, field trips, and other festivities every day. It hasn't been easy being home with the boys for two months, but I have learned a lot and have found a lot of peace just being with them. Not to mention the weather in Indiana this summer has been crazy. So mild and delightful. And that has helped. I am not going to lie, I am so sad about going back to work on the 12th. I will miss being at home with Harrison and Henry like crazy.
