Hey everyone~ It’s been a while since I blogged last month. Well.. Lotsa things happened. Including hang out with my best mates since sec school, trip with best girls and started pre-work in Teach For Malaysia.
Today would be a random post, so I just want to share about some things that I use often and they are really healthy and low in cost.
1) Oat (as facial cleanser)
It’s good for cleansing and works for sensitive skin and redness.
2) Honey (drink)
Rich in vitamin and relieves sore throat. It even helps in losing weight too (just found that out) by drinking it together with lemon.
3) Passion fruit(snack)
Antioxidant, protects the heart and always, rich in vitamin and also mineral, especially potassium.
