The big 30. Drew turned 30 this year. We decided to take a little trip since it has been 4yrs since we have gone anywhere kidless. So we went to Jackson not knowing what to do. and ended up doing nothing but laughing a lot eating at gross places and sitting in the hottub. It was fun and a good break form the kids(minus 1)

THE BLESSING

Well we did it again. Found a dress, found a location and found someone to bless her. We had fun and enjoyed the day with a lot of friends and family. We are very lucky to have such supportive people in our lives.!

Christmas 2011

Well lets say December 2011. We did a lot of decorating cookies/gingerbread houses and of course the tree. Saw some lights at christmas village. A christmas party or 2. We were lucky enough to have christmas 3 days in a row! and saw santa a couple times and he even sent Ella a email message. Enjoy all the photos there are a lot and I mean ALLLOT!!

first attempt at putting the houses together(did not go well) We had to let them dry overnight and try again the next day!



The next day being able to really make the gingerbread houses! Lucy thought it was more fun to take a snooze.

LUCY BETH CAMPBELL

Quick version of the birth story: Tuesday the 15th we had a normal checkup. I was at a 3 80%. I had him strip my membranes. We went home hoping for a delivery this day or not until Friday. We had to avoid the 16th due to 2 birthdays and an anniversary already that day and thursday was my moms birthday So to have her own day it was the 15th or the 18th. Well around 530 i was feeling contractions nothing painful and not very close together maybe 20-25 min. So I decided it was worth a shot to go in. We packed up everything kids and all. I did not want to get a sitter yet incase it was false alarm I did not want to have to re tell people. Well when we got there I was at a 4 so they kept me!!! They all thought I was crazy it was a bout 7 o'clock and I was telling them this baby had to be born by midnight. I am sure they were all thinking ya right lady see you at 4 in the morning. So we wait a while it is now 1030pm and i decide to get the epidural not cause of pain but to hopefully speed things up. Housel came in and broke my water and checked me i was at a 5. ONLY A 5 with 1.5 hours to go til this this day was over. So home he went.. at this point i think everyone thought she was going to join the crowd on the 16th. But at 1130 I was feeling the pressure-Sure enough she was coming. they brought all the stuff in and we waited for the dr. family went out of the room at 1140LUCY BETH was born at 11:44!!!! We did it.!! She has her own day. 11-15-11. She weighed 7.3 and 19.5 inches long. Beautiful as ever looking a lot like her sisters. I sent Aftyn home to bed but we kept Ella there i knew she would want to see her new sister. It was late but she did good. I think it helped to have her cousins down in the waiting room to play with. Thanks to everyone that enjoyed the late night with us. and to everyone that came to visit the next day..
Okay so i guess that was the full version not a quick one.
