ehem ehem. this year, birthday gegurl buat her own cake.

maklumlah...xde "geng" yang nak bagi cupcakes lagi dah..

ahhhh!!!!! tidak mengapa!!!

so, alang2 dah plan dengan kawan2 nk pegi kuala perelis, 

maka, I buatkan lah budak2 tuh light cheesecake with peaches on top.

settle makan2 lokcin, I present them this cake. 

Alhamdulillah. they seems to like the cake though the cake is a bit heavy sbb

after the cake eating session, they gave me few presents.

kisah peknga

 mama yang kenalkan saya dengan makanan ni..mama cakap, orang kedah panggil "peknga" orang luar kedah panggil "lempeng" orang luar mesia panggil "pancake"...

kenapa peknga??

sebab cara nak buat kueh ni la, tempek2 dekat belanga..orang2 dulu pendekkan sebutan, jadi peknga...(ceritera saya sendiri)

jadi, inilah peknga buatan saya sendiri petang tadi...bangun dari tido, dengar suara dari luar

ouhh ini adalah peknga nyoq muda..sedapp peknga nih kaya dengan rasa kelapamuda yang rangup..enak dimakan begitu sahaja atau dengan susu manis atau dengan kari ayam...or sambal ikan bilis....

the first challenge.

I was very excited to try and baked a cheese cake. So, I was looking for a simple and easy peasy recipe..so I did found a simple recipe from Kongsiresepi website.

So, after I have all the needed ingredients, I decided to give it a try since I have a new stand mixer from mama. :)

ouh ouh although the stand mixer is not from KitchenAid as I dreamt, but still, it does make me feel soooooooooooooooooo happy....

the above picture was taken after I took the cake from the oven. It smells soooo nice and delicious..but unfortunately I am not really in-to cheese..hahaha, I baked this as to fulfill my need to baked the cheese cake..I wanted to accept the challenge to baked the cheese cake...

heeee will tell ya the taste of the cheese cake....
