Quote of the Day: Joel Lim: Kanneh, so many umbrellas, I can't see the stage unless I stand up.
PaPa BeaR: You can't blame them actually, cause they'll get retaliate saying 'It's a World MUSIC Festival, you're meant to listen, not watch' or something along those lines.

Last night, I couldn't even get an answer I went for the World Music Festival. It wasn't bad, in fact, it was quite good actually. Especially the finale. There was a band that proved to be similar to the 12 Girl Band. Incorporating Traditional Chinese instruments with modern beats. So we had a Siberian, a China and a Mongolian musician with a White DJ, White Lead Guitar and a White Drummer. (the reason I'm using white is because I haven't the faintest idea where the hell they are from). They sang songs that sound like a mixture of a Chinese Chant and a Bee Hive.
After the first band finished, it started raining dudes and siuzens cats and dogs. So the stupid ones took out umbrellas only to get the rain blown into them ANYWAY. Whereas Joel and I just stood in the rain enjoying the moment without wasting strength trying to carry an umbrella when it only protects us psychologically.
When the rain stopped, the emcee was going "THANK YOU PENANG, YOU ARE A VERY RESILIENT CROWD, unfortunately our instruments aren't as resilient." Kept on wondering why he was using such 'chim' words when half of Penang doesn't get what it is he is trying to say. LmaO.
Came home to change OUT of my wet-but-trying-to-dry-up clothes and went online for a brief moment just to tell my beloved daughter baby bear that I'm going clubbing. BUT she accused me of abandoning her >.>
SO, ended up clubbing from 2am-3am. But was drinking with a few of my old mates so we finished 1 bottle in 45 minutes. For the first time in a long while, I see the mixer finishing slower than the alcohol because FOR SOME APPARENT reason, most other times when I go drinking, the mixers finish before the bottle reaches half >.>
But all in all, it was fun hanging out with them again. Shoutout to Prashant, Vivek and Vishal!
