Singapore Toy & Comic Convention @ Suntec

Sunday afternoon, we raided the Singapore Toy & Comic Convention @ Suntec. There were many people as anticipated, but not as many as the PC and IT Show. There were a mixture of American and Japanese booths. We wished for more Japanese ones but we have to suffice to what we are able to see on that day. There were many models, anime screenings and cosplays that made us laugh our ass off. Check the pictures I took:

To me, this is my favorite cosplay of the day. I must give him credit for his bravery in cosplaying Athrun Zala of Gundam Seed. I believe Donovan would be proud of him LOLOLOLOOL !!!!!!!  I also bet that if Donovan was there that day, he would just laugh like a fucking asshole the whole day HAHAHAHHA. Still I must thank this gentleman for posing for me when he saw me brandishing my digicam. Thank you Athrun ~

Cy likes this cosplay alot hahahahahaha. Credit will be given to him for applying so much wax to his hair to achieve the Sasuke look. Nice job LOL.

This cosplay is from Gundam Seed Destiny. I'm sure you all will agree with me that the Athrun owns this pic. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA jk. For your info, the cosplayer is a She. Pretty ?

The cute girl on the left is cosplaying Lenalee Lee and the guy on the right is the all famous Naruto Uzumaki. Nice blue hair attempt. This version of naruto looks like he stopped eating ramen. Think he went on a diet LOLOLOL.

These girls are cosplaying characters from the anime Vampire Knight. For some reason I caught them in an astonished look. I wonder why ? Maybe they saw Athrun Zala coming their way LOLOLOL.

I'm sure you all know who is on the left. Its ichigo, not itsugo LOLOLOL. BK can spot him from far because his fake orange hair is very eye catching. 

The 2 on the left is cosplaying Haruhi characters while the 2 on the right is Rozen Maiden I presume. Decent as well.

We then headed to Pizza Hut for lunch. For the price we paid, we were NOT full !!!!

Dinner we headed to The house of Sundanese food. The food is pretty nice, just that a particular waitress pissed Cy off LOLOLOLOLOL. You can ask him if you want to know more LOLOLOLHHAHAHAHAHAHA. Overall it has a nice ambience with tasty indo food. Recommended if the waitress is in a good mood. LOLOLOL !!!!

Tauhu Telur. It was so good that we ordered 2 !

For 2 bucks each per person, we would get free flow rice. IT came in a fancy basket and banana leaf. We also ordered Kang Kong Belachan. A must have in any indo restaurant.

The barbecued chicken with spices is amazing. Tasty and succulent.

Overall, we enjoyed ourselves eating, laughing through the day. Nothing is better than hanging out with your close friends and enjoying yourself. This would be one of the days I could spare out of my working time to spend with my dear friends. Thank you all for your attendance. Love you all loads <3

Wanted Outing + Singapore Comics and Toy Convention @ Suntec

Today, Cy,Bk,Lagger,Dav and I went for the Comics and Toy convention @ Suntec. Information regarding that would be posted tomorrow because my digicam is low on batt and im charging it hahahahahahahaha. For now i will post about the movie we watched today. It is an action flick named WANTED. A movie can't go wrong with Angelina Jolie in it.  I'm serious, Cy loves it.

Overall, I can say this movie is fucking awesome ! It has action, cars, babes, guns, fighting, vulgar, everything a shiok movie needs ! People that shoot bullets that can bend is a pretty cool concept and well showned in the movie. Visual effects no need to say, best. Music used is pretty good as well. Casting was wonderful. With veterans such as Angelina Jolie and Morgan Freeman, this show is well above some of the others. The movie also contains some perfect humour and vulgar together that makes it all interesting. This movie exploits slow motion matrix style effects, so you have been warned. It's not a bad thing, but over using it maybe abit off for some people. It's fine by me though. You people should definitely watch this movie. Hint: This show has a very nice twist that we all are shocked.

ONE MORE THING. There is a fucking sweet ass Dodge Viper that is driven by Angelina Jolie in the movie. You can see it in the trailer. Donovan, you must be drooling all over your iMac right, who ask you not to reply us when we call you today ? If u did, you can see your sex car lo LOLOLOL !!!! OH YAH ONE MORE THING AGAIN. Watch for the Athrun Zala cosplay picture i took today. You will fucking love it baby !!!

Revival of my blog

Hello everyone, i would like to apologize that this blog isn't updated frequently. Mainly because I have to spend time searching for a job and accommodations around singapore. Now im proud to say that i have found a job ! Furthermore im staying at Cy's place for now, nice. Slowly settling down...... 

Just to update abit, Dav, Don, Cy and I have bought the 20 inch iMac from the PC show about 2 weeks back. It's some sweet piece of gear. I'm loving every bit of it <3.

I'm working now at Mandarin Oriental Hotel as a Human Resource Officer. I'm loving that job as far as i can say now. Great environment, great colleagues, great food, cool uniform. Although through these 2 weeks i have gotten some poster design assignments, i enjoy the process of finishing them up and presenting them to my boss. Her appreciation for what I could do in my position as HR Officer gives me the drive and confidence to take a step further and improving my efficiency in work. Difficulties will arise sooner or later, but i believe i will pull it through with my determination and this bunch of wonderful colleagues. Thanks Elisa, Esther, Mark and Mrs Teo. I feel so blessed and i would like to give this grace and thanks to the almighty lord God in the heavens. I believe this job will enable me to have a fruitful and wonderful journey in my life. I have finally stepped into the working world.......

Iron Man

This was the movie to be waited for, even though we had two weeks of a break in between outings. Everyone as watched Iron Man except Cy,Bk,Ho, lagger and me. Know who to blame hor LOL. We gathered on a Sunday afternoon @ Bugis Shaw to watch Iron Man.

Well we have the good old Robery Downey Jr. acting as Tony Starks a.k.a Iron Man. Wonderful choice of cast. He perfected the role very well in the movie. Even his appearance closely resembles the marvel comic character. Hair, beard and all. Perfect.

Wassup pimps ?

I've gotta to say, the amour is freaking sweet ass. From the helmet all the way down to the boots. Perfectly designed and made. Just that this Iron Man doesn't utilize his "Proton Cannon". I was hoping it would be in the movie, but oh well LOL.

Stop in the name of my arcane palm blast.

This version of Iron Man has the default setup as in the comic. Rocket jet infused boots and palm gloves. His ability of firing his arcane palm blast is very nicely spammed in the movie. Even the arcane gem in his chest was able to fire a big beam LOL. The flying scenes of Iron Man was very spectacular. Gives you the superhero feel, makes you wanna be one of them.

Overall this movie was gold to me. Very nicely scripted with action packed scenes. Cast acting was great. Effects was definitely mind-blowing. And i pretty much like the over-usage of the Audi R8 in the movie. Robert drives one, even his secretary Gwyneth Paltrow drives one. LOL. This movie is a die die must watch la. Don't watch really wtfbbq. INSANELY RECOMMENDED !

Hmm, the dinner was pretty ok. Not say very very very good and also not very very bad. Pretty full imo. Cy also agreed that it was ok. Pretty fancy menu with loads of items for you to order. Well its Japanese what do you think ? LOL. Wonderful place to bust your wallet for above average tasting food. Still we enjoyed ourselves last night. Thanks everyone for coming ! Chao sicko Don, where the fuck did u go ? LOL never appear, PSK ar ? LOL^^
