in the blogging iceberg, a white paper discussing a study they conducted regarding blogs, perseus development estimates that of a total population of 4.12 million blogs that have been created, 2.72 million have been abandoned. seems startling until you realize that they also estimate that 2.12 million of the blogs had been created by teenagers (13-19). well duh! when i was a teenager, you couldn’t keep my attention on one thing for more than like 15 minutes!
