Christmas is around the corner and...gosh... i received so many sms... i had to clear my inbox several times to make space for the in-coming ones. and so, i was kind of caught up with all
that
, until something struck me... hey, christmas isn't about christmas trees, jingle bells, angels, santas, cute littel bears and that sort of stuff!!?? it's the BIRTHday of out Lord Jesus Christ!! why am i caught in this whirlwind of sms-sending-and-replying craze?? well, it's certainly not wrong coz it's the thought that counts. but one thing to note as a christian is that, we should not just recycle the ones we received, but at least change the message to tell our friends that "Jesus Loves You!" and "He is the reason we celebrate!" because "He brings hope, love, joy and peace." not
the christmas tree
. hehe...too bad i only realised that on Christmas eve...*sigh*

fun, laughters, jokes, pizza, siesta, ping pong, badminton...
what a wonderful way to catch up with your old pals... abby, sharon, chai yien and keng imm came over to hang out at my house. what a rare opportunity( we seldom do this) and i really thank God that they made it to my house.it's just a reminder of how time flies... it has been two years since i left high school. All of us went separate ways. i went on to study accounting in college and finish first year. while abby and keng imm went to Taylor's to do SAM and A levels respectively. Now abby's in IMU doing pharmaceutical under JPA scolarship. Keng Imm's studying in Leeds Uni, UK and she plans to major in microbiology.Sharon's doing mass comm in KDU and Chai Yien just finish STPM. She plans to work as a temporary teacher near Subang while waiting for results. Her ambition: architect. coz she just love buildings.Another close friend, Phaik Hsia who couldn't make it that day, is currently studying in UiTM. She's oso under JPA scholarship, and will be furthering her studies in Bandung Uni, Indonesia.
All of us are reaching for different dreams, yet still close to each other at heart. it's so much fun getting together again!!
we made our own pizzas!! firstly, spread the tomato pury on the pizza base. then, spread some morzarella cheese.next, arrange the ingredients such as pineapple, prawn, chicken, celery, onion, tomatoes, capcicorn on the pizza. we put as much ingredients as we wanted, and topped it up with another layer of morzarella cheese and chedar cheese. how delicious it look!! can't wait to send it into the oven...
after some time, ahh..the scent of cheese...we just can't wait to taste it!! took it out of the oven and behold, what a beauty. it was chai yien's master piece, the "veggie-iest"pizza. next into the oven was abby and Keng Imm's. this is the "cheese overloaded" pizza. and finally, mine and sharon's nameless but tastiest pizza.hahah. what a feast! we had mushroom soup and i was already full after the second piece. great. most of us can't move after that and just sat at the hall with half-opened-eyes.
not long after, all of us were lying on on our backs!! four on the cool marble floor and one on the sofa. afternoon siesta time!! haha.

This is the second time I’m going marketing since mum left for Taipei. Together with my sis and maid, we went there early to beat the morning crowd.
As we approach the market, we came to the veggie “stall”, where a bunch of veggies were placed on a plastic sheet on the ground. Many women were seen squatting around to pick their veggies. After selecting some greens, I stretch my arm with the veggies in hand towards the aunty, trying to signal to her to weigh the items. To my horror, there were other ladies who went straight to the weighing scale and chuck their item there!! e

we arrived KLiA at 11.00 am.
after seeing mum getting pass the immigration, we sat at the viewing area to see planes land and take off. i just love it... these are the 2 areas that rely on the pilot's expertise and experience. i learned how to spot tiny-winny-shiny lights of airplanes in mid-air before they land. it's just like a spec of golddust in the vast blue sky.
landing takes priority to taking off of planes, according to my dad.
China airlines took off at 3.30pm.
have fun in taipei, mummy!
