Oregon Coast

We had a wonderful time on the Oregon Coast, where we went to see Angie. Some very kind friends offered us their awsome house, and we enjoyed our time sooo much. It was a real treat to stay in such a nice house and have such a view out the window. This picture was taken on the deck and is my favorite (of course!) :-), but you can see more in the Picasa album.

Jonathan's 1st Birthday
Where'd our little baby go??? Time flies and our little baby is already ONE. Sooo hard to believe, especially for Mama, who wants him to be still a baby. But he IS, for her at least ;-)
Mama is crying that this beautiful, wonderful, never to return again stage in Jonathan's life is gone... But every stage brings it's own joys and we are enjoying them to the max.
Since we have a princess at our house, we have to have a prince too :-)
We are glad that some guests could come, since many of them couldn't come because of the snow or other personal problems. Thank you, Corban, Naomi and Jill, for bringing your little ones to be with Jonathan and Emily on this important day :-)
We are very happy that Grandma and Grandpa from Romania could be with us too, and thank you, Grandma for making this wonderful cake(s).
Maybe you notice that Jonathan is missing at opening the presents. He was brought there but somehow dissapeared again. But no problem, there WAS somebody interested in them :-). He actually loves his presents and they helped a lot when we took more pictures of him later :-)
Chiana and Emily prove they are big girls, as they liked this clock more than those toys for babies, ha ha. They even fought for it and couldn't share it
Jonathan says good bye to formula. He already drinks his bottle 25% formula and 75% whole milk. We started mixing it little by little a week ago and he is doing great.
